Relax and enjoy our modern paradise! Take a dip in the private pool, grab some sun on the deck, soak in the BRAND NEW hot tub, or lay in the hammocks while gentle breeze cools you. Indoors, enjoy a movie on the 85" tv while lounging on the huge sectional couch. Need some excitement? The game room is equipped with a pool table, ping pong, foosball and even an arcade style Mrs. Pacman, and its own 75" tv.

Each bedroom has its own smart TV and plenty of closet space. Free parking!

We opted for this property due to the game room and its location. The property itslef kept the children busy, had a blast. Near shopping, food, groceries and beach was not far. Host was quick to respond, accommodating to our needs, and all went smoothly. Thabk you for wonderful stay

Great location

6 of us stayed here for a 4 day weekend trip. We had a blast. Definitely plenty of things to do at the house. Property could have been cleaned better but there wasn’t anything too negative to speak of. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house located within a short distance to the beach. Excellent decor and very welcoming appeal. House itself is a full on entertainment system. Easily can spend all day at home and still be entertained. Perfect family vacation home!!

Hurricane home away from home

We needed a place to evacuate to during hurricane milton for our family. Communication and responsiveness from the host was exceptional. The accommodations were perfect for our family and gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. Lots of different common spaces to hang out. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing vacation destination

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous home. It has so much room, loads of closet and storage space. The pool was so beautiful and refreshing; we used it every day. Communication with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond. Loads of entertainment with the game room and a TV jn every room. Super close to tons of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. It was the perfect relaxing oasis for our spring break vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

LOVE IT

I will definitely stay again. Even though it rained a lot, the house it’s self made it well worth it and soooo easy to keep the kids entertained from the game room to the pool and the NICE chilled living room to watch movies. I most definitely recommend. The owner responds super fast and super nice.

Decent

Pretty nice property overall but not overly pleased with the condition upon check-in and how the owner/prop mgr responded. We had to pay extra to check in early, and the place was not fully cleaned or the lawn mowed. The property is nice, but it had a washer that leaked, a bed that’s broke, and a leak in the patio roof. When I made the owner aware, he initially was responsive but then later pushed back with a lot of excuses. He ultimately did not honor what we agreed upon, which I thought was very unprofessional. Decent overall experience though, despite the deficiencies. But, I do not think the location is worth the price we paid. I will not stay again.

To readers of this review, I would like to clarify a few things in regards to this guest's claims This guest did not make us aware of any issues with the property upon check-in, nor did he complain about any aspect of his experience until the night before checkout. We flatly deny that there were any cleanliness issues upon check and would have responded to any issue immediately, if it were reported. We hope you can take the word of our many guests in their reviews making no such claims in this regard. Further, we went out of our way to accommodate this guest's request to check-in early, and the fee was agreed in advance to cover our costs to do so. We acknowledge the (SMALL) leak from the washing machine, and when i was made aware of this, I proactively took it upon myself to offer money back. I responded to all of the guest's communications immediately. Unfortunately, the guest wanted an amount of money that was far beyond reasonable under the circumstances, and this seems to be the true nature of his disappointment. The guest claims I did not honor my agreement. This is NOT TRUE. I tried contacting him several times to discuss the details and provide a timeline, but he did not return those calls. The leaks (the other of which was outdoors), as well as the bed that broke during his stay, were all immediately repaired. I am glad the guest acknowledges a "decent overall experience", as we strive to provide a great experience to all of our guests.
