BUILDING NOTICE:
Exterior work for this unit, located on the back side of the building (facing West), will begin sometime in December 5, 2025 (Weather permitting, just an approximate time frame). Work will happen Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with construction noise between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Scaffolding will be used, and areas below will be closed for safety. No beach items will be permitted on the balcony. The swimming pool will be closed for the entire project. Please keep windows and curtains closed to reduce dust and maintain privacy. Noise and vibrations are expected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
