This house is quite spacious and the king size bed is super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked, but we did not cook! Plenty of cute little restaurants in town. And the porch swing was a pleasant surprise. Nice and easy and a responsive host.
This property was the most well equipped that I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was also well located. My only extra comment is that it would be nice to have a better explanation of what the “clear” device is when you first arrive to get to the key.
huge flat, very bright and clean. plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. easy check in and check out, plenty of parking space on the street in front of the house. very pretty, quiet and safe neighborhoods (i’m travelling solo). lovely town of Greenport within walking distance as well as 2 beaches and a big park. i loved it! thank you Kevin and Laura

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely house for six nights and we didn’t want to leave. Kevin and Laurie, our hosts, thought of everything. We had the entire spacious first floor apartment which is charming, airy, clean, and so relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated with fine artworks, and many personal touches. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, appliances, dishes possible, even 2 coffee makers. We were very comfortable in the roomy bedroom and the cozy den with pull-out queen sofa bed and tv. We lucked out with a full moon and loved watching it rise every evening from the swinging chair on the porch…..
The house is in a perfect location on a quiet residential street. It’s so close to beaches, downtown Greenport, Railroad station, harbor, marinas…. that we usually left our car and walked everywhere. There’s a great variety of restaurants, bars, coffee houses, shops for fun browsing, ferry to Shelter Island, even a supermarket, and much more…We really needed more time to fully explore the area; Orient Point and State Park, the many beaches, nature walks, and Greenport has some of the best vineyards on the North Shore. We especially loved swimming in Pipes Cove beach and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels….
Many thanks Kevin and Laurie. We will be back.
