Nice home lots of room.

Had a great time, love the game room. Beautiful kitchen, well organized and clean. String shower hose and bedrooms were great with Smart TVs, comfortable sofa bed. Good communication with landlord. Will stay again.

While the location was pretty close to the strip & other places we were visiting that was probably the only positive thing about this accommodation. I’ve never felt inclined to write any negative feedback I feel like this stay had more cons than pros. The check-in information was not received until 30 minutes of us waiting outside the property, we were let in by a maintenance man. The pool was GREEN, & the property manager never replied to any of our messages regarding our stay. Hopefully this can serve useful to any future guests!!!!

100% would not recommend. I never received the check in instructions so I had to contact Vrbo myself the day of. I also notified Vrbo and the host at 5pm that I would be checking in late that night. Vrbo told me that would be ok and sent me the check in instructions themselves but heard nothing from the host. I began my 5 hour drive around 8pm with 2 cars and 8 people. We get into town at 1:30am to see other people staying on the property. I go to contact the host only to find out my reservation had been canceled at 10:30pm while I was on the road… the host tried to tell me it was a pluming issue but when I spoke to Vrbo they told me the host had cancelled and rebooked the place already. Extremely frustrating experience since I could not check into another Vrbo location until the next day. We ended up booking a last minute hotel for the weekend which was not cheap. I will say Vrbo made it right by accommodating us on this trip. Will definitely still use Vrbo but will never book this spot again.

Do not Book with This Host!!!

A group of me and friends had flying in town to start the sunmwr off. And the day of check in we were told by the host that the house would not be available due to electrical issues. The host said there was a team there working on it, and would be available the next day. I went to see the house and check if any team was there. No one was at the house, and when i tried getring a hold of the host calling and texting back. Stating no one was there. I received no reply. My friends had no place to stay, and was inconvenience towe had to find last min Hotel on a weeknd in veags at high rate. The next day comes and nothing. Host gets back to me saying still not available. Its not ok what happen. And we felt scam. There was no team working at the house. Nothing.
