Whether you're cozying up by the fire pit or dining under the stars, the outdoor space makes every moment extraordinary.

Inside, you'll find a warm, open-concept kitchen and dining area with granite countertops and updated appliances—ideal for preparing and sharing meals together. The living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, invites natural light and views into the cozy, cabin-inspired space, blending rustic wood accents with modern comforts for a unique, welcoming atmosphere.
HISTORIC MATERIALS, HANDCRAFTED FEEL
Originally a 320-square-foot cabin, this home has been lovingly expanded with century-old reclaimed wood from the Salt Lake railroad trestle, adding rich history and authenticity to every room. From the timber framing to custom wood cabinetry and floors, the handcrafted details make this home a truly unique space with an unmistakable mountain feel.
ACCESSIBLE AND COMFORTABLE FOR ALL
Perfect for guests of all ages and needs, the main home is wheelchair-friendly, and the two nearby cabins offer cozy, private accommodations with their own rustic touches:
Main Home Master Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, travertine tile, and unique onyx sinks
First Cabin: King bed with a private sink, cabin-inspired decor
Second Cabin: Queen bed and additional queen in the loft, offering a cozy space with mountain views
Each cabin provides access to full bathrooms in the main home, giving everyone the perfect mix of privacy and convenience.
MADE FOR ALL SEASONS
Stay cozy in winter with efficient Rinnai propane heaters and a covered two-car garage, ideal for snowy days. In summer, refresh under the outdoor shower by the first cabin—a unique touch to complete the outdoor mountain experience.
