Updated, clean, all on one level , open concept, easy access to pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. New floors! New mattresses! Quality Linens NO synthetics!!! All natural Egyptian cotton or organic Bamboo sheets for comfort sleeping! Fenced in back yard with spa and large salt water pool. Pool can be heated in cooler seasons for a gas fee. Call in advance of 24 hr to have pool heated. Fee is $350. Kid friendly FUN house! Can sleep up to 12 with fees added for guest over 10. GUARANTEED not to be disappointed in this great vacation home! The prime location of this tabby cottage is perfect for a family gathering or a getaway group that is so close to everything you don't need a car! Best restuarants on the island are walkable! On a private, oak lined street with no traffic - yet right in the hub of St. Simons.
The pool is large enough to swim laps and play games and all enclosed in a private setting with beautiful jasmine greenery covering the tall privacy fence enclosing the back and side yards. Grandparents and children can enjoy the "all on one level" easy flow of this cottage to the pool and decks, enhanced with sound proof bed rooms for early-to-bed guest and early-to-rise guest. Every room in this charming cottage features original watercolors and paintings, unique accents and fun surprises. The jacuzzi by the pool heats up in just 30 min. Large screen smart tv's and wifi in every bedroom and the living room. Lots of movies and games. You must see beyond the tabby and brick courtyard to appreciate this special vacation home.

Fabulous Stay on St. Simons

We booked a girlfriend getaway for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay here. The location is super close to downtown, the pier, and lighthouse, and the nearest beach is about half a mile. We could not have asked for a more perfect home for our needs. It was very comfortable, well-stocked, and we had plenty of room for our group of 7.We highly recommend.

Amazing Family Retreat We thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation to celebrate 70th birthday. The home was cozy and perfect for our family to relax and connect with each other. Pictures do not show the wonderful layout of the bedrooms and screened porch. The private pool was clean and included pool toys which were a big hit with the children. Perfect location and the perfect house

We normally stay in resorts, but this house changes things, at least for St Simons. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. Perfect location, close to shops and the beach. The private pool was the best. House has a great layout to accommodate any family. We’ll definitely be back!

This house is perfectly located! We were so close to the beach and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in town. It was perfect in every way! The layout of the house was great for our family and your close to everything but yet just far enough away to feel like you live there. The house feels like a home, you can tell the owner really put a lot of love and thought into the house. we cant wait to come back and stay longer.

Less than five min walk to the beach or leave your car at home and avoid parking hassles going out to the beach or out to eat. Rent bikes and have the run of the island! Just a short walk to village and many amazing places to dine! Our guest rave over this vacation home, pool and location! There is a county owned corner park lot one door over perfect for pets to run for exercise

What makes this property unique

On a quiet private street amongst century old oak trees yet right in the hub of St. Simons! The pool is larger than most private homes - you can actually swim and play games in it! Spa heats up in 30 min and the pool can be heated for a gas fee in the colder months. It has an outdoor hot and cold shower for returning trips from the beach. Tall ivy covered privacy fences in the side and back yard give plenty of privacy and safety.
