SERVICES: 24x7 property management services

PRIVACY: The entire property, including the beach area and the hot tub, is private. The closest house is approximately 1/4 mile distance.

FOR KIDS: Swim vests and fishing poles provided for creek use

FOR PETS: Enclosed grassy area ideal for pets who do not tear up lawns

BEDROOMS
- Two upstairs, and 2 downstairs bedrooms
- Veranda bedroom (downstairs) is perfect in summer. Too cold in winter.
- Upstairs bedrooms have an open floor plan with no doors and are connected by a bridge
- Narrow winding staircase to upstairs bedrooms may be challenging for larger-bodied people and those with walking difficulties to maneuver.

PARKING: There are 3 on-site parking areas that can accommodate at least 7 personal vehicles, which includes room for two average-size RVs. For extra-large RVs or large boats, please let us know size so that we can confirm whether it will fit.
