This unit has everything you can think of and more. Very clean, beautifully decorated, great communication with owner, the most incredible oceanfront view. We highly suggest and will definitely be back soon!

Love this place!

I love the location of the condo and it was so easy to access the beach and the pools! The place was very clean and offered all the amenities. Contact with the host was also very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo on the beach! Beautiful views! Kitchen well stocked but could use a more storage space for guest’s groceries. Plenty of beach & pool things to use. Sliding glass door doesn’t open easily. Some maintenance needed in the unit.

Loved our beach vacation!

This has been our sixth year going to Summer House and this stay was by far our best. The unit was beautiful, clean, and is extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies and house hold goods. We loved the oceanfront view and the easy access to the beach. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend trip! This condo was very clean and the A/C worked great. A few things looked like they needed to be fixed/updated but certainly nothing that would keep us from renting this unit again. :)

Relaxation Plus

Unwind and relax with the most beautiful views of the beach and ocean 24/7! Clean, roomy condo with everything you need for a long stay. Great facilities available for tennis and pickle ball. Lots of chairs and lounges at all 4 pools! Will be returning next year for a longer stay! Host available for assistance if needed.

Cant get any closer to the beach

Super clean and comfortable condo. The views are spectacular from the patio. There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. There's also a BBQ grill on patio. The beach was a very quiet and family oriented area. Also 2 pools and beach access/outdoor showers mere yards away. Complex is very safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

8th Summer vacation at Summerhouse

Although this was our 8th summer vacation at Summerhouse, this was our first one at #261. The furnishings were updated and clean. The condo had everything we needed. Last but not least the view was amazing. We plan to be back next year.

Gorgeous and relaxing!

My family and I had a wonderful getaway in St Augustine enhanced by this lovely oceanfront condo. Every aspect of the unit is clean, fresh and delightful and Eva takes great care to make you feel at home in her home. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing and beautiful beach getaway!

First Class Beach Condo

A perfect spot for a beach vacation. Unit is wonderful, and its walking proximity to the beach is amazing. Pools and tennis courts on property. Development is quiet, spacious, and peaceful. We would love to return!

Amazing beach view!!

Our stay was perfect for a nice & relaxing getaway! The condo is very clean, spacious, and located directly on the beach. The view could not have been better! The beautiful white beaches were not crowded and felt very private. We would definitely stay here again!
