About this property

The bungalow has a bedroom with double bed, a small room with single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a cozy living room with flat screen TV.
On the adjoining terrace you can sit comfortably and relax in the beautiful, private garden on the sun loungers.
The large communal pool is only a few meters away from the bungalow, there are of course sun loungers available.
The bungalow has bed linen, hand and bath towels, washing machine, hair dryer, radio, iron, ironing board and safe.
The complex is very quiet, green and offers you enough privacy.
Free parking is available in front of the complex, in the neighborhood there is a small supermarket, bus stop and the nearest bike rental is about 10 minutes walk away.
The nearest beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike or 25 minutes on foot. The airport is 33km away.

A security deposit of 200 € will be charged, which will be paid back to you after the end of the rental, without any damage.

Toller Aufenthalt mit Ärgernissen

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Bungalow für 2 Erwachsene ideal. Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Positiv war auch, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen. Allerdings ist an der Einrichtung leider ein deutlicher Renovierungsrückstand zu erkennen. Insbesondere sind die Küchenmöbel und die Dusche in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Und dass die Silikonfuge in der Dusche vollständig verschimmelt ist, ist einfach nur eklig.

Ein schönes Eckchen Gran Canaria

Für zwei Personen hat der Bungalow eine schöne Größe. In der Küche ist außer Backofen alles da. Reichlich Besteck, Teller, Gläser. Viele Handtücher im Schrank. Schwierig war Durchlüften. Außer der Tür sind nur Fenster in Bad und Schlafzimmer zu öffnen. Mit der geplanten Klimaanlage ist das dann kein Problem mehr. Das kleine Zimmer hat Licht über Dachluke. TV ist deutsch. Die Stereoanlage hat Bluetooth. Die 2 Liegen im Garten sind super. Stechmücken gibt es keine, die Fliegengitter sind gegen andere Tierchen. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Mo – Fr säubern Gärtner alle Wege mit einem Benzinmotor-getriebenen Laubbläser. Der Pool ist erfreulich sauber und war immer groß genug. Die Häuser haben wohl private Eigentümer. Dadurch wird fast nur spanisch gesprochen, war uns angenehm. Ein Gebäude hat vier Wohnungen. Zwei Gebäude haben einen Abstand von etwa fünf Metern. In der 1. Woche waren dort Nachbarn, die auffällig geräuschvoll waren. Am ersten Morgen haben sie vor fünf morgens auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Wenn das bei offenem Fenster quasi direkt vorm eignen Bett stattfindet ist es mit schlafen vorbei. Zum Glück blieb das 1-malig und nach 5 Tagen sind sie abgereist. Problematisch war eine nervige, allabendliche Animation, die vom Maspalomas Princess rüber schallte, von 20:15 bis 22:45. Wir hatten abends oft Kopfhörer. Zum Strand läuft man knapp 30 min. Besser geht es mit den Fahrrädern und Badesachen im Rucksack, am Barranco entlang etwa 10 min, wie zu Geschäften am Leuchtturm.

Holidays in Maspalomas

Without a car, all transport is present and available to move around Maspalomas, buses, e-scooters... Our bungalow is located 20' walk from the beaches and dunes.

Ruhiger schöner Bungalow

Ruhig gelegen mit schönem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sogar eine Spülmaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely rental for couples

Lovely property, we found it very well appointed for sightseeing around the island. The Bungalow was well presented, clean and the kitchen well equipped with cooking utensils. Nice to have your own garden area with sunlougers and lovely outdoor space where you can barbeque and eat on the porch. Felt very safe there although the Development is very compact so you are aware of neighbours and barking dogs although that did not affect our enjoyment of our stay.
