A 50 year reunion for 7 nursing school friends was a great location. Several separate sleeping areas were needed and this met our needs. Disappointing that our reservation was for 7 but only 3 chairs at the kitchen table. A message sent and 4 chairs were delivered to us. However, they were padded seats that were deeply spotted with old stains. We had seven occupants but only four drinking glasses. The large parking area behind the house was great.

Lots of room for parking off the street, nice cozy little place which all we got to do was sleep there, being in for Cedarville’s graduation. I would stay there again if we ever had the need to stay in Dayton.

This place fit our needs perfectly, no one had to sleep on a couch or sofa bed - which can be hard to find, especially at this pricepoint, when you're looking for space for 7 people. The place was clean and the host was responsive and very nice. I would rent this place again if staying in Dayton.

We let the host know the place was not entirely clean upon arrival (toilet backs and the floors in particular). They let us know what we experienced was not their standard, so we hope the place has been/will be cleaner for others. The basement accommodations are less finished than the photos portray, but space wise the house was a great fit for a larger party traveling together.

I’m glad you admitted your family had a great time and you were able to spend quality time with the extended family in our four level home. We will continue to strive to provide the best for our guests, but I understand some will always be faultfinders no matter what you do.

Enjoyable stay with family to visit the Airforce museum and get away for a couple days. The property was large enough for 6 adults, 2 children and was well maintained. The kids loft was a nice touch for the littles.

Listing as described. Busy street produced some road noise but pretty quiet inside. Great location with easy access to the attractions we wanted to see. Host was very helpful and responsive to questions we had on arrival. Great parking on premises.

Wonderful place

Exactly as advertised, beautiful house and perfectly maintained. We were there with my oldest son and my parents for my youngest son’s graduation, and even my mother, who is incredibly finicky, raved about the place.
