ONE OF THE BEST LAYOUTS IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND UNIT. .THERE IS ONLY ONE PER FLOOR AND THIS UNIT ONE OF THE HIGHER UP FLOORS WHICH GIVES IT A UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE OCEAN. ALSO THIS UNIT IS VERY PRIVATE BEING AN END UNIT IT SITS BY ITSELF IN THE WHOLE SOUTH BLOCK OF THE BUILDING SO YOU HAVE NO DIRECT NEIGHBORS..WHAT MAKES THIS UNIT UNIQUE IS THE WRAP AROUND 200 SQ FOOT BALCONY THAT IS HUGGGEEEE. THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM IS FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND AND YOU CAN ENOUGH ACCESS THE BALCONY FROM THE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM WHICH MAKES IT VERY UNIQUE FOR A ONE BEDROOM. THIS CONDO IS MADE LIKE AN ACTUAL CONDO NOT LIKE A HOTEL ROOM AS YOU WALK INTO A FOYER INSTEAD OF THE BEDROOM. THIS UNIT BOASTS ALMOST 1000 SQ FT COMBINING THE INSIDE AND THE LARGE BALCONY. THE KITCHEN IS EQUPPED WITH NEW GRANITE, BACKSPLASH, AND A COMBO VENTLESS WASHER AND DRYER THE BEDROOM IS OVER SIZED HAS A PILLOW TOP KING, LARGE WINDOW LOOKING OVER THE CITY, AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. THE LIVING ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A SLEEPER SOFA, PULL DOWN MURPHY BED, 65" TV/ CUSTOM FLOORING THROUGHOUT, 2 SETS OF HIGH TOP SITTING ADIRONDACK PATIO FURNITURE TO LOOK OVER INTO THE OCEAN. THE FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM MAKES IT EASY TO SEE DOLPHINS FROM JUST SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM. THIS IS TRULY A ONE OF A KIND UNIT AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE LAYOUTS IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE, ALL THE POOLS ARE INCLUDED EXCEPT THE SLIDE IN THE OTHER BUILDING...MOST DO NOT CARE JUST WANT A GOOD VIEW AND POOLS BUT AS A GREAT OWNER AND HOST I WANT MY GUESTS TO KNOW - Private rentals are not allowed to use any of the food services, laundry, gym,slide onsite as they are not cashless systems through key cards however there are many options for this near the resort

this wonderful unit is located in the MOST REQUESTED Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower. The Pinnacle is a part of the larger resort with over 750 ft of ocean frontage, including the Compass Cove North Tower, where I also own/rent a 1BR
The number one resort in Myrtle beach. With over 23 pools and water features this resort is top rated family resort in area. Has 2 different indoor water park areas, Several hot tubs,3 different lazy rivers, 2 being indoor. a HUGE kids water park, , .. This resort has the largest pool deck in myrtle beach stretching across 720 ft of beach access. Once you visit this wonderful resort you will never want to visit another resort when visiting Myrtle Beach.
WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME
1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself
2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking fees like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.
3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver fees like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.
4) I have had the same linen/cleaning fee since the beginning of time for my guest…a SIMPLE 99 dollars. My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most rentals so once again I eat that difference in cost.
Long story is short is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (VRBO charges service fee which I have no control over)
Rental Rules and Regulations
1)Check in 4pm
2) Check out 10am
3).Parking Passes are included. Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also). As we all know , vrbo rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2-4 towel sets
4) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.
