Modern stylish bungalow in Moraira

The bungalow is located in a quiet, well-kept row house complex in Moraira.
In 2019 the bungalow was completely renovated, modern and tastefully decorated. On the upper floor there is the open kitchen with dining area and living room and one of the 3 terraces. Bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 more terraces are on the lower floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold). Change of bed linen and towels are available free of charge.

For children there is a high chair, a travel cot and a staircase safety device.

The row house complex has a community pool and a tennis court, which can be used free of charge. Sun beds are available, tennis rackets and balls must be brought.

Moraira and its neighboring towns offer various beaches and bays for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. There is a large selection of restaurants and bars for every taste and budget. In the Xinringuitos, the usual beach bars, you can enjoy the sunset and the breathtaking view along the coast to Calpe. In addition to a marina, Moraira offers various water sports such as: B. Water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, stand up paddling and diving also offer sports on land. Golf courses, mountain bike trails and hikes with higher demands are also included. Excursions into the hinterland to picturesque villages, waterfalls and caves or a trip to Valencia are also worthwhile.

A little piece of paradise!

Where do we begin, this home blew our expectations out of the water! Prior to our arrival we received the website including places to see and amenities nearby which prepared us for our stay. The home was perfect for our family of 4 including a one year old. The hosts had a crib and playpen available upon request at no charge. The whole house was spotless, tastefully decorated and a little piece of heaven. We sat on the deck every night and it was completely peaceful and quiet, a nice change from our city home. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again soon. Thank you so much for having us.

Fietsen rond Moraira.

Vanwege een fietsvakantie aan de Costa Blanca en het daaraan grenzende binnenland verbleven wij 40 nachten in deze woning in Moraira. De website is heel duidelijk, goed verzorgt en informatief. Het contact met de eigenaren was vriendelijk en er werd zeer attent op vragen of opmerkingen gereageerd. Al met al hebben we een zeer prettig verblijf in deze keurig nette en compleet uitgeruste woning gehad.

Super Auszeit

Eine blitzsaubere angenehm eingerichtete Unterkunft. Nichts hat gefehlt. Alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Vieles zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein Auto ist dennoch zu empfehlen. Trotz der auch hier dichten Bebauung der wohl schönste Teil der Costa Blanca. Auch dank der stets verfügbaren Gastgeber eine Super-Vier-Wochen -Auszeit vom deutschen Winter.

Das Reihenhaus ist super eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles was man an Zubehör braucht. Es gibt einen Pool für die Community und es sind viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank, es war sehr schön!

Bungalow was as shown in the photos. The location is in a small quiet community with a lovely large shared pool. There were many nice restaurants within a short walking distance.. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. Would satay again if we were in the area.

Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig gestaltet und eingerichtet, alles drin und dran, beste Voraussetzungen für erholsame und entspannte Tage an einer der schönsten Ecken der Costa Blanca. Peacefull and quiet

We had a lovely holiday and for the season good weather. A little off-season and then there was few people in the holiday houses. Somehow, that was nice. The look from the veranda was fantastic and we spend a lot of time there. Walking distance to the see and to a very well assorted supermarket. It was so easy and we love the different out-door areas terrace and balconies. The whole area is very fine for small trips and the coastline is amazing.

Ferieboligen er gennemført, og den er veludrustet med alt hvad du behøver! Den er pænt indrettet og der er meget rent og pænt! Poolen er ren og der er dejligt fredeligt! Vi nød at den havde en god dybde inden ene ende! Det eneste der kunne være lidt irriterende var den dårlige internet dækning, og vi var glade for børnene ikke var med! De ville have været meget sure over det! Men det var et fantastisk ophold, og vi kan kun anbefale det!

Segunda vez que repetimos

Ya es la segunda vez que pasamos las vacaciones en este precioso bungalow. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. A pocos minudos caminando de una cala con variedad de restaurantes y chiringuitos. Y a cinco minutos en coche del pueblo de Moraira. El apartamento es tal cual se describe y dispone de hasta el más mínimo detalle. Si viajas con bebés, como nuestro caso, tienes cuna, trona y barandillas de seguridad para las escaleras. La piscina comunitaria, aunque da servicio a muchos bungalows, nunca está saturada. Es muy tranquila, apenas 5-6 personas cada vez que hemos ido. Por poner alguna pega, reclamaría que repararan la cerradura de la reja exterior, que cuesta un poco de meter la llave, y en la piscina que hubiera un poco más de sombra.

Apartamento limpio, cómodo, bien decorado, con todo lo necesario y con pocas cosas superfluas para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Suficiente espacioso para 4 adultos. Situado en lugar tranquilo, pero para ir al centro o a la playa es necesario el coche. Plaza de aparcamiento propia al lado del apartamento. La comunicación con el propietario rápida y cordial (en inglés). Puntos a mejorar: el wifi no tira y aunque fuera la recogida de basuras es selectiva en casa solo hay un recipiente.

Muy buena elección

Todo en la casa está en perfectas condiciones, estancia agradable y urbanización tranquila. El único problema fue que los vecinos no nos dejaron utilizar la zona común. (Por el COVID). Cosa que no entiendo, sobre todo la pista de tenis. Qué problema hay en jugar dos niños con sus padres?. Por lo demás, la casa un 10. Muy recomendable, volveremos.
