Modern, beautiful, comfortable terraced house "Creativo", 4 storeys. 20 houses in the resort. In the resort 700 m from the centre of La Herradura, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 700 m from the sea, from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: swimming pool angular (16 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning, washing machine. Communal covered parking space n 14/19. Shop 700 m, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, café, bus stop 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school, sailing school 700 m. Nearby attractions: Nerja, Frigiliana, Almuñecar, Marinas del Este, Alpujarras, Granada. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: La Viñuela. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda y Sierra Almijara. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen

Wir kenne La Herradura bereits viele Jahre und waren hier mit eigener Immobilie fest angesiedelt.Für die Rückkehr wollten wir uns ein schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick buchen und das ist uns gelungen.Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Fabulous view, modern and spacious

Modern, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and good facilities. Great views over the bay from the terrace and air conditioning in all rooms. Nicely furnished and good parking. There is a need for a few sharp knives in the kitchen for cooking as only one small sharp knife. We found the hot water wasn’t sufficient and ran out after two short showers. The hot water tank was small. A 10 to 15 min walk to the centre and quite steep on the way back. Watch out for traffic as no pavements.

Fuimos 6 personas a pasar el finde por trabajo y desconectar también! La urbanización muy tranquila y alejada del pueblo a unos minutos de la playa n coche, y la piscina comunitaria estaba sola para nosotros, la casa impoluta y nueva, lo hemos disfrutado!

Fantastic holiday home!

We have just returned from La Herradura staying in the lovely holiday home. It was such a good place to stay. Very very clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot water plentiful. The Interhome representative ... was excellent, keeping us informed and answered questions promptly. I would thoroughly recommend this holiday home.
