KEYS: In the apartment, you will find ONE parking permit and a key that will give you access to the outside area. A $100.00 charge for each replacement per HOA (key or parking permit) will be charged.
The cleaning fee in your payment covers the initial cleaning and room preparation, supplying you with enough fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and complimentary bathroom items for 2 to 4 nights. After that, the guest is responsible for cleaning the room and removing garbage.

DO NOT ALLOW PETS! Guests with ESA animals MUST produce a letter from a bona fide Physician (not a "registration" of a website) stating they require an ESA. The Physician's letter should be provided to the Association before the guest's arrival, and they should be advised to have it with them during their stay. SECURITY will ask, and if they cannot produce, the guest will be asked to leave, and the Unit owner will be subject to fines.
