Very small dwelling. Basically one bedroom. A kitchenette bathroom and shower were actually quite nice. No parking at the site. You have to walk to the Jason Street. Could use better lighting at night. Other than that, no problems. Air conditioning was good
Great stay at a cute cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed. Very responsive host.

Absolutely LOVED staying here! The cottage is perfect! Couldn't have asked for better! Owner is very responsive and accommodating! Will definitely stay again my next time in Charlotte!
The moment we arrived the cottage was clean, cute and peaceful! John was a great host and gave us some great places to eat, and visit. Such a fun city to visit!
This beautiful little cottage is in a fantastic location. The hosts are incredibly attentive to their property and their guests, ensuring your time at the cottage is perfect. We would definitely stay here again!
I stayed at the cottage for a few days as a little getaway. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect and the cottage is beautiful and very comfortable! John was very easy and quick to communicate with. I will absolutely be returning to stay again and highly recommend to anyone considering booking here!
The cottage is exactly as shown. It’s beautifully decorated, quiet and private. The host is excellent in communication and hospitality. I would highly recommend!
This place was just what I was looking for. Great bed, super comfy. There were lovely grounds and lots of light coming in through windows and skylights. Even got to watch the stars and see the moon rise at night. Super cute details throughout and everything needed for an extended stay.
Cute place. Small but very nice. Coffee pot, but no coffee supplied. Parking was on a street away from the cottage. Great location for downtown and Myers Park area.
The cottage and location were great. 1 quibble, the sliding door on the wardrobe did not allow me to access the drawers.1 problem, since there was no parking allowed in the driveway (totally understandable) I had to park the rental car on a side street. Someone side swiped it. So be careful where you park.I would definitely stay here again.
This cottage was impeccable and so nicely appointed. We loved every aspect.
The space is well planned and it is immaculate inside. John was prompt with giving us the information we needed. Thank you to a great host.
The cottage was very clean inside…. We arrived in the fall, the outside needed some attention. The overall stay was wonderful. I had my 93 year-old mother-in-law with me. She loved it. John, was a wonderful host. Always got back to me promptly and was very kind.
The yellow cottage was a perfect location for a quick escape to lovely Charlotte. The space was just right for spending quality time together and walking distance to great dining and beautiful neighborhoods. Every inch of the cottage is charming and well crafted. There was literally nothing missing. Thank you for sharing.
This sunny cottage is a tiny sanctuary nestled in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. The owners’ attention to detail is apparent in the design/furnishing of the space. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again!
Note: if accessibility is a concern there are a few steps in the unit and the entry requires a walk down a (charming) flagstone and brick path.
