Morgan and Jeannie‘s home was like a home away from home. Everything was clean, kitchen as well stocked with utensils to do any kind of cooking. Plenty of space to stretch out. The best part for me was the backyard spent a lot of time around the fire pit. Great home for people with families or by yourself as I was. A lot nicer than a hotel room. I will definitely look at this property on my next trip to Denver. Owners were awesome!!

The rental was easy to find and access. Everything was clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed. The smoke alarm is sensitive, so make sure to open some windows if you use the oven.The washer/dryer is located in the hallway, very convenient, and work very well. They're unexpectedly quiet as well.My wife loved the large, soaking tub in the Master bathroom, while I preferred the hot tub just outside the living room. The patio area is pleasant despite being adjacent to a traffic circle. Some type of cover would be nice since most of the day we could not enjoy the patio due to the sun. In the morning and evening, though, it was wonderful.We were asked to have their cleaning people service the rental halfway through our contract period, costing us 100 extra. This type of request had never come up in the dozens of vacation rentals we've visited in the past year and a half. While we didn't feel we needed it (there's only two of us and we're retired), we paid anyway. For what it's worth, the cleaning person did an excellent job!The host was responsive, though we didn't have any issues (except the smoke alarm).Based on other places we've rented, we feel the price was a bit higher than it should be. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay :)

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! We enjoyed the hot tub and mini… mini golf! Also sitting around the gas fire pit was wonderful!

Colorado Family Vacation

The house is beautiful has everything you need and more! Brighton Colorado is a very nice town. The owners of the home Morgan and Jeannine were very easy to communicate with and very nice. The house was easy to get to and we enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking or white waters rafting. We will diffently stay here again when we come bavk to Colorado. Thank you for everything highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Renovated Property

This property had more than we could’ve asked for at a fantastic rate. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a grocery store and short drive to downtown Brighton. The property’s multiple bedrooms with full private bathrooms was ideal for our couples trip. The house appeared to be completely remodeled recently. It was very well decorated and fully stocked. Evenings in the backyard hanging out in the hot tub and around the fire pit was the best part of our trip. The Owners were great to deal with and very responsive. This place will be our first choice next time we’re looking for a house in the Denver area. Book with confidence!

Great house!

We all loved the property! VERY well-stocked. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and firepit! It was not noted in the property description that the third bedroom was downstairs in an unfinished basement. This was not a huge deal for us (though nobody really wanted to sleep down there, separated from the others) nut could have been a big deal with young children (scary, harder for parents to keep an eye on them). Also, it would be nice if there were table lamps for reading, rather than just overhead lighting. Jusst a suggestion.

Unreasonable Host, Harassment and Threats

The location is great. The property is clean and very nice aside from full ashtrays outside the doors and dog poo on the putting green. I PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to HOUSE RULES: These indicate no more than 6 overnight guests allowed and no events. TAKE SPECIAL NOTE that although the house sleeps 6 you may pay extra for every person over two. They watch the "cameras" counting the people coming in. They also call and text to let you know you are on camera and are watching and counting. They terminated our booking on day 2 of a 9-day stay because we were not willing to pay an additional $200.00 for every person who walked through the front door from 9 am-5 pm. ALSO: It's important to ask the host what they consider to be an event before booking. An event, in the host's eyes, includes a morning meeting of 7 business professionals. When you book this property the owners would like you to let them know in advance of the nature of your business and a guest list of everyone who will be arriving, NOT just the people sleeping there. If they don't believe you, they may show up at your place of work and demand extra money and also to ensure you are not lying about who you really are. This is exactly what happened to me. He made a complete scene at my place of business. I also received several unwarranted texts after I asked them to stop texting and after we had left the property to ensure we knew we violated his rules. I've never been subjected to this level of harassment.

Dishonesty, Blatant Disregard for House Rules and Community First let me say yes, we are watching! (not in any interior areas or private areas by the hot tube) and yes, please pay attention to the house rules! We take pride in our property and expect people to respect it & our rules. We are honest up front people and have never had any issues with our guests. We have allowed guests to have Christmas dinners & family gatherings. With that being said, every guest has been honest & upfront with their intentions. Unlike this booking. Amy booked our property for 2 people for 9 days. The day after check-in we saw 7 seven people going in and out & multiple cars in the drive. We immediately called her to find out what was going on! Amy said she had booked our property on behalf of her company.(not a problem we have had many companies book for their employees, but they tell us this) She said the intent from the beginning was to have multiple business meetings. We explained to her that she booked the property for 2 people and didn't request to have any guests. We asked her if she had read the house rules. Amy said no! She said the home accommodates up to 6 people and we rented the house. We said your reservation was for 2 people. We explained our home is in a residential community and we try to respect the neighbors and community. We also explained that many Airbnb's and Vrbo's get bad reputations because of behavior just like this. Their company has a large facility only about two miles away, which certainly must have conference rooms. She hadn't been forthright with us up to now, and to us it seemed odd that they would need our house for meetings. We told her that we felt she had not been honest with us and we weren't sure what to believe. We felt very deceived. So we went to the company to confirm what she had told us. They confirmed she worked there. We asked to speak to a manager, but one was not available. So we asked to have one call us. Scott, the manager, did finally call us. We let him know that we not happy about our property being used for commercial purposes without our consent. Scott didn't see a problem with the multiple people and cars, but did ask if this could be rectified. We said that since the property had already been used for commercial purposes the last 2 days he could compensate us $200 a day for those 2 days. He refused so we terminated the reservation. They finished up their meetings that day and left. We don't want 7 people and their cars reporting to work at our house every day. That will almost certainly get us in trouble with our neighbors.

Excellent Place

Great communication from the owner. We needed a place to stay due to our own house floor being fixed. This house we stayed was clean. It made us feel so comfortable and homey. Easy access to local restaurants and shops. Very nice community, very quiet at night. Whoever is renting next will not regret.

Beautiful property

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 days and the house was the perfect fit for us. Very cozy space, the backyard was the perfect spot to relax. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
