Hello! We are Julie Scolnik and Michael Brower, an American couple from Boston. We are both Francophiles who discovered this village 18 years ago and fell in love with it. I am a professional flutist and the founding artistic director of a high caliber chamber series (www.MistralMusic.org). I am also the author of an award-winning memoir called PARIS BLUE, A Memoir of First Love. (www.JulieScolnik.com)
Michael is a physicist and renewable energy consultant and is working on a book about future energy solutions. We have two adult children, Sophie and Sasha, also musicians (and social worker and conductor). Every summer I offer a free concert for the village. This will be my 19th one.

Why they chose this property

This village is the epitome of authenticity and charm. Besides its natural beauty it is also active with cultural events- art openings, concerts, and an outdoor market every Friday morning. It is the perfect combination of being a minute's walk down to the cafes and restaurants, and alao being minutes on foot from gorgeous walks and hikes past vineyards. fruit trees, and country beauty without every getting in your car.

What makes this property unique

Each time a visitor steps out onto our terrace, there is a gasp at the view. Because the house is high up in the "old village," we can see for miles and this view ( shown in our photos) is also from 3 of the five bedrooms, the terrace, dining room, kitchen, and grand salon.
