Flooded with light, the duplex 3-room apartment with 55 m² living space welcomes you with a very comfortable living / dining area. Modern sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, piped music, wifi, side board, side table. The separate, high quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor u. V. M. and thus allows the preparation of delicious meals. Pleasant nights promises the cozy bedroom with double bed, reclining chair and 2. TV. The neat shower room with walk-in shower cubicle and daylight window, lets you start the day in a good mood. In the developed loft (ceiling height in the central area 1.80 m) is another bedroom with double bed, as well as a cozy sitting area for reading, resting or as another retreat.
