House Rules: No parties · No smoking · AC no lower than 70°F · Heat no higher than 77°F · Keep doors and windows closed when AC/heat is running · Please follow all community rules for building amenities.
Pool and hot tub use at your own risk · Children must be supervised near the pool/spa and the canal at all times.
Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines.
If you require elevator assistance: Elevators may be temporarily disabled during severe weather. In such instances, stairwells are available in the building.
