This three-bedroom beauty features a king bed in one room, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. Along with a sleeper sofa, the condo comfortably sleeps 8. No pets, sorry! Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and ample storage and closets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and items needed for meals and snacks. There is a 3-person breakfast bar, and the living room features Smart TV and an amazing view plus balcony access.

For your convenience, we include a washer and dryer, free WIFI, towels/lines, complimentary toiletries to start your trip, and ceiling fans.

You can soak in the hot tub, swim in one of two resort pools (one is seasonally heated), enjoy the kids' water playground, grill out, work out in the on-property gym, or simply head to the beach that you're mere steps away from. Picturesque at every turn, this ideally located 3-bed, 2-bath condo is less than 2 miles from Pier Park, minutes to golfing, and near entertainment.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

A required $300 security hold will be placed on the cc used for payment approximately 2 days before check in.

We enjoyed our stay . The pool was great and well kept. We loved the poolside tiki bar. The beach chairs were very convenient and the umbrella was needed for hot Florida days.

Perfect Location

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation with young kids. There are several great restaurants and activities in easy walking distance. This 6th floor condo overlooks the pool and ocean and is perfect for relaxing on the balcony. We will schedule this unit again if we come back to the area.

A party of 6 of us stayed at the condo and it was plenty of room. It was clean when we arrived and in a great location. Beds are super comfy. Moe’s BBQ across the street was very good and convenient and has an awesome bar. I would definitely say bring extra toilet paper because they only provide 1 roll in each bathroom, and for a part of 6 for almost a week, two rolls are not enough. Easy check-in and checkout. Easy chair check-in at the beach. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful

We have been staying at sunrise condominiums for almost 10 years. This condo is definitely one of the nicer condos we have stayed in so far. Lots of upgrades, comfortable mattresses, and a well stocked kitchen. The front loading washer needs a good deep clean, but i’m also a clean freak. overall wonderful experience and we will definitely be booking again!
