In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 60 m from the sea, 60 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: property with lawn, natural garden, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-24:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking space n 22. Supermarket 950 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, bus stop 60 m, sandy beach. Sports harbour 4 km, marina 4 km, surf school 120 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Wunderschöne Einrichtung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und dekoriert. Die Küche ist gut und in ausreichender Menge eingerichtet. Das Hauptbadezimmer ist angenehm gross und man fühlt sich wohl.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Está muy bien equipado y todo está bastante moderno y nuevo. Como algo a mejorar sería la limpieza y la conexión a internet que ofrecen era muy mala.
