This lovely townhome is spacious/modern with the location being the most desired in Lexington, Ky. Convenient to the fine dining, sits in Hamburg Farms. Nice Spacious rooms/large deck eat in Kitching/bar/deck off kitchen.
2 car garage. Private office. 15 mins to Lexington's downtown area, Keeneland and the Horse Park The clubhouse has a pool/pool table and outdoor seating. Malones steakhouse and lots of shopping is within walking distance.

The property was canceled by the host

On October 28th, one week before I was to arrive, the host messaged me that because I hadn’t paid her that the property was no longer available. I had paid for the reservation in full on August 15. I explained to her that I didn’t pay her directly but she always replied with the same message, “The property is NOT available”. I made 3 phone calls to VRBO over the course of the next 5 days and I always got the same response, “We have to give the host time to respond” even though she would not answer the phone or respond to your emails AND you had access to our messages where she consistently told me that I could not stay there.

My Favorite part of Ky is Keeneland and horse racing. I am excited to host guests in Lexington, Ky. I will have a gift basket for each guest with some Ky favorites for a memorable stay. I have a few of my favorite thouroghbred's pic's throughout my home.
I hope everyone has a enjoyable and wonderful stay.
