Lovely home while in town for work

The house is very spacious and full equipt with everything you may need. Clean and quiet neighborhood and easy to navigate through in Cupertino. I was in town for work and it was a nice place to come home to.

This house was great . Roomy, clean, close to freeways, restaurants, grocery stores and gas. We drove to Filoli one day and Monterey another day. Host was so nice and answered my questions. Would love to stay here again.

Spacious home in a great location

I had a group of students visiting from Europe touring and attending a seminar in the area and the house was perfect for the stay. The house offers plenty of beds and large kitchen, livingroom, and a family room to gather together. Seema was very kind and responded quickly with any questions. Highly recommended!

Ok, but lacking

Facility was ok, but I had to ask last minutes for the address and door code. There were not proper trash and recycling bins, but the owner still messaged to tell us we had to sort recycling and take to the curb when this was not listed as part of the rental agreement.

It's very strange that you have rated 1-star on your stay. I guess you do not know how to rate your stay on VRBO. You neither called us or messaged us with any issues during your stay and you did not leave the property on accounts of it being unclean, unsafe or not as advertised, which means the property met your standards during your stay. IF that is the case, you would give a 4 or 5* rating. For a 1* star rating, on VRBO, please read the following. "On Vrbo, a 1-star rating from a guest signifies the absolute worst possible review a host can receive, indicating a highly negative experience for the guest across all aspects of their stay, including cleanliness, communication, adherence to house rules, and overall experience." In any case, I hope as you use short-term rentals more and more, you will learn how to rate properties. Otherwise, you may not find any host who will be willing to rent to you.

This property was a great place to stay. All communication from the owner was clear and simple. The house is older, but well kept with plenty of space and a beautiful backyard. Lots of area to sit and gather to enjoy time with family.

Wonderful Cupertino house!

Our stay was excellent. The house is spacious and well-kept. It made for a wonderful quiet refuge after some hectic days. We had 2 couples in their 60s and three adult children. Plenty of room for all. Big kitchen. Three bathrooms, 2 fridges, and laundry. Seema was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.
