No. 31 - Cottage At the marina

Completely renovated in 2019, this holiday home with terrace and garden is located in a quiet side street directly at the marina, where numerous sailing ships and motor yachts are located. In just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach and the ferry terminal to the island Wangerooge or to the seal banks. Also to the Cliner source with swimming pool and spa area or to the center of Carolinensiel with its numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping is not far away. The house has a private parking space and a garaging for your bikes. A tasteful decor and a family-friendly layout offer the best conditions for a relaxing holiday.

No. 31 - Cottage At the marina:
The Fereinhaus has on the ground floor a spacious living and dining area, a separate kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a spacious, walk-in bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are two bedrooms (one bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with additional changing table) and a toilet. Most of the windows are equipped with shutters. On the floors are flows or Relocated vinyl. An attractive appearance ensures appropriate living quality. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friend. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ausgezeichneter Lage

Das Haus war wunderbar gelegen, nahe dem Yachthafen, wo wir schon oft waren. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und vieles bereits renoviert und auf neuestem Stand. Die Ausstattung war prima, nur ein paar neue Matratzen, die nicht jedesmal quietschen wenn man sich dreht, wären super. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit dürfte etwas besser sein, aber das liegt ja an der örtlichen Putzfirma. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auch weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen. Besonders toll auch der eingezäunte Garten für diejenigen die mit Hund oder kleinen Kindern anreisen und der Wintergarten. Hier kann man auch die manchmal stürmischen Tage auf der Terrasse voll und ganz genießen.

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Ort!! Wetter war ein Traum. Die Sauberkeit im Haus hätte besser sein können. Das Schlafzimmer im EG hat keine guten Betten und wenig Platz, Kleiderschrank ist viel zu klein. Terrasse und die Badezimmer sind gut, der Rest des Hauses müsste mal überarbeitet werden. Wir haben viel Zeit draußen verbracht, deshalb gut machbar. Fliegengitter hätte ich mir gewünscht, aber da kann man noch mit leben. Als wir ankamen war erst mal die Enttäuschung da, aber es war noch ok. Dieses Haus allerdings werden wir nicht mehr buchen!!

Sehr schön renoviertes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt . Fußweg zum Strand 5min. , jedes Schlafzimmer mit TV Gerät ( was unsere Teenies sehr gefreut hat) , riesiges Bad und ein sehr gemütlicher Wintergarten, wir kommen wieder
