Dream wooden summer house in an attractive location on Rømø on the western side of Lakolk Street.
The house is quietly located in one of the best summer house areas along the dunes that separate the beach and summer house area. The distance to the beach is 400 meters. The distance to Lakolk Butikstorv with shops, restaurants and cafés is 300 meters.

The house is newly built in 2019/2020,
The kitchen includes: dishwasher, fridge and a ceramic stove.

The living area is 65m2. The house is furnished with a beautiful, bright dining / parlor area with a stove and kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with double bed, hallway and a bathroom with shower niche. In the adjacent house there is a washer / dryer and freezer

The house comes with free WIFI 30/30, TV package with German and Nordic TV channels,
The summer house plot is 547 m2 in size and offers easy parking. A beautiful, spacious, wood-covered terrace of approx. 90m2 with garden furniture and grill is ideal for relaxing hours.

Due to the unique nature of Rømø, the large expanses and one of the widest and finest beaches in Europe, there is always a quiet place that you can enjoy all by yourself.

In the vicinity of the summer house there are plenty of opportunities for numerous, joint and individual activities such as B. Golf, mini golf, Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, horse riding, water sports, cycling.

Wonderful house with great location

We spent a week in Michael's house and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house was very clean, stylishly furnished and you have everything you need on vacation. The large kitchen, which is located in the open living / dining area offers everything you need to cook. (Small tip: In one review cutting boards were missed, you can find them under the stove ;-) ). Michael is a super friendly host and communication was great. He has also checked after our arrival by message if we arrived well and everything is to our satisfaction. (Thanks Michael!) The house is close to the shopping promenade of Lakolk and the supermarket as well as restaurants, ice cream cafe and other stores are within 5 minutes walking distance. The beach of Lakolk can be reached directly through the dunes (about 10 minutes walk) or the access road on the promenade. It was a great week and we would vacation there again anytime. :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Sehr auf Optik/Design orientiert. Es bleibt eine einfache Wohnung mit Ikea Ausstattung. Eine Pfanne ohne Teflon, eine Dusche ohne Duschvorhang oder feststellbare Aussentüren wären bestimmt nicht teuer aber praktisch.Den hochwertigen Duschkopf ersetzt man nicht ständig, dann muss man ihn aber Pflegen.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus.Das ganze Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, der Wohnraum ist durch die großen Fenster lichtdurchflutet. Es war alles sehr sauber und hochwertig.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch super.Die Entfernung zum Einkaufszentrum passt mit 500 Metern, der Weg zum Strand führt durch die Dünen und man muss etwa einen Kilometer laufen.

Wir waren das erste mal in Freiburg. Das Appartement liegt im Stadtteil St.Georgen. Top Lage für alle Unternehmungen. Gastronomie alles Fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Appartement hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Sehr gepflegt und eine wunderschöne Dachterasse mit Markise. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Familie. Traumhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft. Nordisch chic eingerichtet, hervorragend ausgestattet, mit großer Sonnenterrasse. Es liegt unweit des Zentrums von Lakolk, so dass der dortige Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte nur einige Gehminuten entfernt liegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und angenehm. Wunderschönes Haus nahe der Dünen

Wir waren eine Woche mit Familie auf Römö. Das Haus ist toll geschnitten und sehr stilvoll aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch bei rauhem Wetter gemütlich, viel Platz und windgeschützte Terasse. Lag ist topp, Strand und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten als kleine Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Baby eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Laufnähe zum Strand sowie die große Terrasse. Kleinigkeit zur Küchenausstattung: Bei uns waren kein Flaschenöffner oder kleine scharfe Messer zu finden, wer diese Utensilien benötigt, sollte sie ggf. mitbringen.

Strandnah, sauber, gut ausgestattet

Sehr nettes und angenehmes Häuschen. Kleines Manko, es ist extrem hellhörig und Kleinigkeiten wie Brettchen/ scharfes (Brot)Messer fehlen. Haus kühlt schnell aus und heizt sich ebenso schnell auf. Ansonsten alles da: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Terrasse, Grill, Parkplatz, WLAN, Tiefkühlschrank. Ein Manual mit vielen wichtigen Infos wird vorab geschickt. Reichliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten! Jederzeit gern wieder!

Hallo Christoph Es tut uns leid das Sie nicht alle Schubladen gefunden haben. Brettchen sind unter den Ofens Schubladen, und scharfes Messer liegt im 2 Schubladen ganz oben neben denn Ofen. MfG Michael

Haus auf Römö

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und architektonisch sehr schön! Die Lage hätten wir uns allerdings etwas mehr in den Dünen gewünscht, da durch die großen Fenster von allen Seiten andere Ferienhäuser und die Straße zu sehen sind. Aber alles kann man nicht haben. Es waren sehr schöne Tage in dieser modernen Unterkunft!

Wunderschön!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben es sehr genossen & uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Auch für unsere 2 Kinder war ausreichend Platz um sich frei bewegen zu können und direkt am Strand zu spielen. Der Strand ist für Familien besonders praktisch um mit dem Auto ganz nah dran zu parken! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :)
