The listing is a private apartment in an 11 unit building that is set up solely for Airbnb guests. The rooms are cozy and compact, but perfect for traveling guests! You will love calling this space your home away from home.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is yours privately during your stay. The only common areas are the exterior sidewalks and pathways. Your door is secured by a deadbolt lock.

The Neighborhood:
Up-and-coming Wedgewood-Houston is a buzzing art hub, with former factories converted into art spaces and studios. Crowds fill galleries during the monthly “Art Crawl,” relax at cocktail bars or sample drinks in craft distilleries. The restored Fort Negley, a remnant of the Civil War, is surrounded by trees and paths, while the flea market at nearby Nashville Fairgrounds is packed with antiques and bric-a-brac. The newly build soccer stadium Geodis Park is also connected to the fairgrounds.

Getting Around:
Walking, biking, scooter rentals, ubers and lyfts are all great ways to navigate the area.

Comfy and out of the way

Was here for a conference and saved considerable money and was just as comfy with my stay. Only 5$ Lyft rides to and from Music City Center saved me hundreds over the disown hotels. Thanks for a nice stay.

LOVED IT!

Super clean, easy booking and check in process, super cute! Loved the vibes here, bed was super comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed the stay and how close the property was to everything. Definitely walked a lot lol! I 100 percent recommend this place.

Very clean and the check-in instructions were very clear and easily understandable. Especially the kitchen was very clean, an area often not taken much care of during cleaning. Bed was comfy.
