This peaceful custom home offers panoramic water views, unforgettable sunsets, and the relaxed charm of Old Florida. Step directly from the home onto the sandy shoreline, unwind on the balcony while listening to the waves, or gather in the spacious family kitchen after a day at the beach.
Flexible Accommodations
Choose the space that best suits your getaway. The Hive can be rented as a one bedroom main unit or as a three bedroom home that accommodates up to six guests. Each bedroom features a queen bed and a private full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are private suites with their own coffee bar and mini refrigerator, creating a comfortable and flexible layout for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
Comfort and Convenience
The home includes WiFi, air conditioning, linens, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, dishes, and utensils. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, fishing access, and use of the community dock. Water is available at the dock, but electrical power is not.
The Island Experience
Little Gasparilla is a bridgeless barrier island accessible only by private boat, water taxi, or ferry. With no crowded beaches or busy traffic, it is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty of Southwest Florida. Spend your days collecting shells, feeling the gentle Gulf breeze, fishing in nearby waters, and watching the sun set over the Gulf.
Rental Details
Pets are welcome with owner approval. A nonrefundable pet fee applies to each pet, and breed or size restrictions may apply. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Additional charges include 12 percent tax, cleaning and reservation fees, and a 3 percent credit card processing fee. The processing fee is waived for payments made by check. Smoking is not permitted.

Great house with a great view

We snagged this property last minute as our previous rental through another company was cancelled. So happy we did! It’s a great place to stay with family- the separate apartments helped everyone have their own space and downtime. Everything was great with no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Treasured memories!

Beautiful home on idyllic peaceful beach - in great shape while other homes around are still recovering from Ian. Also generously furnished. Nicely laid out for multiple couples for privacy - works with kids well - we brought monitor to be able to hear from separate room and gate for high porch for safety.
