Summary:
Located on a quiet street in Swampscott (just north of Boston, south of Salem/Marblehead, and blocks from the beach), your four bedroom condo for the week ticks all the boxes. Nestled at the end of the street and adjacent to a wooded reserve, the condo sleeps up to eight guests over two levels. The lower bedrooms have private views of the woods while the master bedroom has unhindered rooftop views of the surrounding area.
The Space:
The condo has everything you need to enjoy a home away from home experience. Starting with the kitchen, which has dark stained wood cabinets, marble countertops, gas range, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows into the open living & dining areas all with cathedral ceilings and lit naturally by numerous skylights.
Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and silverware. Coffee lovers will enjoy a single serve coffee machine as well as an old fashioned coffee pot for larger servings.
In the open dining room, enjoy home cooked meals with seating for all eight of your guests along with a side buffet.
The living room has plenty of seating with a large couch and loveseat combo all centered around a natural gas fireplace and large Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can easily log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Additional smart televisions are located in two of the four bedrooms.
In total, there are four (4) bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning, the bedrooms include the following bedroom layouts:
Bedroom 1 is isolated on the upper floor and includes a California king, a private ensuite, a lounging area, a large smart TV, and its own private balcony overlooking a wooded reserve;
Bedroom 2 includes a king size bed, a comfortable seating area to catch up on your latest novel, private views out to the wooded reserve, and a large smart TV;
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and a comfortable chair to relax in;
Bedroom 4 has a more cozy feel with a full size bed, nightstands, and desk & chair for those few times you may need to check in with the office.
There are two full bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. The first floor main bath has a tub/shower combo and the second floor bathroom is ensuite to the master and has a tub/shower combo with a jetted tub.
A full working desk with monitor, keyboard, and mouse are provided for in the common living area. Easily accessible outlets, USB ports, and Qi charger are also provided throughout.
Other things to note:
- There is a private patio off the master bedroom.
- A Gas fireplace is located in the downstairs living room for cozy evenings
- Central Heating & AC keep the house warm in the winter and cool during the summer.
- One flight of steps lead to the front door and vestibule. Another set of steps inside the vestibule leads to the condo itself. A third set of stairs leads to the primary bedroom in the unit. Stair navigation is a must for best enjoyment of the unit.
- Hardwood flooring is provided throughout except for tile in the bathrooms.
- A reserved parking spot is available directly in front of the unit’s dedicated garage plus additional street parking on adjacent side streets.
- A full-size washer & dryer are located within the unit and are available for guest use.
- Hotel quality linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided for our guests.
- Although shared with the lower unit, the rear of the property has an intimate separated fenced backyard that may be used by the guests.

Everything you need for a great stay, toiletries, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!
Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to host you for your upcoming stay! The owner of the house visits here while guests are not staying. Some personal effects may be around. With this in mind we ask that you treat the house with utmost respect. The owner’s are very close friends with the 1st floor neighbors and are available to assist if necessary.
While you are staying with us:
- No parties.
- No Pets.
- No visitations from non-staying external guests.
- Quiet hours begin at 10PM, at this time all guests should be out of all common areas and off all exterior spaces (including the private rear patio located above the downstairs bedroom). Please consider the volume of noise with regards to the downstairs neighbors.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the unit and within 50ft of a window.
- No refunds shall be given for shortened stays.
- No refunds shall be given for acts of nature (including extremely rare power, internet, or Wi-Fi outages or failure of heating & cooling during temperate weather).
The condo exteriors have security cameras, located in the parking area, at the door bell, and inside the vestibule. Such security cameras are capable of recording video and audio and may have such features activated during the rental Term. Occupants shall not remove, alter, or otherwise utilize the security cameras. No cameras or recording devices are located within the unit itself.
No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
