Welcome to your 5 Star newly renovated destination in Scottsdale! This spacious home is perfect for your next getaway. Includes, 5TV's, pool table, family and pet friendly, washer & dryer, new furniture, 3 beds & 2 bathrooms. Stunning Corner Lot in a North Scottsdale friendly neighborhood.
Central to Arizona's best shopping, dining, golfing & hiking trails. If you're looking for a stylish, fun-filled private retreat, THIS IS IT!

The primary room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, private television, dresser and walk in closet.

Our second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and a closet and dresser to hang your clothes.

The third bedroom is a full-size bed with TV, dresser and closet to hang your clothes.

The guest bathroom is located down the hallway across from the bedrooms. This bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host a 3-course meal for family and friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine with Starbuck pods and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!

The dining room table is next to the kitchen area and seats six people.

This place was perfect! It had plenty of space, and was close to plenty of places to eat and shop. Only 20 minutes from downtown Scottsdale or Sloan Park. Very clean and check in was super easy. Owner was extremely communicative and we had no issues.

In spite of it being July in AZ we enjoyed our stay. We had 7 people with us and everyone said their beds were very comfortable. A/C worked great. Home very clean and well stocked. The pool table was a big hit. We were very close to everything we had planned to do this weekend. Great location!

We are 3 h.s. buddies who get together every year for a few days of golf and hanging out. The home is as described, clean, private, and roomy. Location is perfect for us, close to nice restaurants, golf courses, and attractions. The best part is the responsiveness of the host. We had 2 minor issues which Bill responded to and resolved within minutes of my email. I am very impressed with his communication skills and ability and willingness to accommodate his guests.
