The bungalow in the back of the property is 24m². The bright, light-flooded living room, which also serves as a bedroom, impresses with its large window front, which gives a direct view of the terrace and the garden. This room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, a small dining area, cable TV, DVD player, a radio and a fold-out wall bed for one person. From here you can access the separate kitchen (new since Nov. 2013). There you will find a coffee machine for the perfect start to the day, a kettle, an electric stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher, a toaster and of course a fridge-freezer. From the kitchen you enter the shower room. In the large garden there are garden furniture and of course a beach chair where you can relax and enjoy the sun. WiFi connection

In a well-kept semi-detached house there are 2 apartments for up to 4 people each and an adjacent bungalow that is suitable for 2 people. All apartments are non-smoking apartments. All apartments are well equipped, such as: cable TV, stereo, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher. Wireless LAN is available (one-time fee of € 10). In the rear part of the property is the beautiful garden for shared use, which offers garden chairs, loungers and beach chairs. There is also plenty of space for children to play (protected). Self-catering is available in all apartments. Due to the proximity to the beach (approx. 5 minutes on foot), the apartments are very attractively located. Shopping opportunities such as: bakeries, food shops, restaurants and a bike rental are in the immediate vicinity. The famous shopping street (Friedrichstrasse / Strandstrasse) is about a 15-minute walk away. Here you can extensively stroll, shop and feast. The Sylter Welle (wellness + swimming pool) is popular with young and old.


Experience and culture for young and old: The Sylt mussel invites you to musical sounds in the warmer months. It is located on the promenade, the beach entrance at Friedrichstrasse.
The Villa Kunterbunt welcomes its little guests to romp, tinker, paint and play. It is also on the promenade.
A highlight where all family members get their money's worth is the Sylter Welle. You can reach the adventure and fun pool via Friedrichstrasse, at the beach entrance.

Restaurants are numerous on the island. Try the Seenot restaurant, close to our apartment.

Walks: There is a small forest nearby (5 minutes' walk), which is ideal for walking and eating (restaurant). The fields and the nature reserve begin right behind the grove, separated by a small, rarely used road. Here you can comfortably walk to Wenningstedt and on.

Arrival on Saturdays or Sundays, out of season possible on weekdays.
