Entire Duplex (both sides) in Historic Oakwood

Entire duplex (both sides) in HISTORIC OAKWOOD!! 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on larger side and 1 bedroom, sleeper sofa & 1 bathroom on smaller side. Both sides have full kitchens. Newly renovated deck and fenced in back yard. Fan favorite, Krispy Kreme is just across the street :-). Walk to all Person St action - many restaurants & bars just a few blocks away toward Mordecai area and Moore Square only 1/2 mile away with lots of restaurants and entertainment venues.
HOUSE RULES:
• Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect our Quiet Hours – 10pm-7am

• Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule is not observed.

• Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.

• Pets are not allowed. A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.

• Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).

• Unless prior arrangements (at least 36 hours before check-out time) have been made with the us, there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past check-out time.

great place in a great location

we stayed for 3 nights and got both sides of the duplex. the neighborhood is great and walkable to many local restaurants and downtown. the host was very responsive. we would definitely stay again

Had a great stay. Beautiful historic home. Owners were right on it with a couple small issues. VERY responsive. Was very close to all the venues we were going to. If i ever go with a big crowd again, i would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice for a 1920’s house. Which means old wiring and uneven floors, but also means character. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers. The front and back yard needs some attention, but owners are aware. Very nice walking around the area of Historic Oakwood. And across the street from Hot and Now!! What more could you want!!
