We had such a wonderful beach vacation! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and making great memories with our family. It was also very pet friendly. My pups loved the walks in the neighborhood. The entire experience was easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. Communication was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing beach getaway!

We had a great vacation overall at this home. The house was clean upon arrival , however the pool was not. We did contact the host, and this issue was resolved very quickly. Later we discovered that the cookware was in poor condition. We again contacted the host and less than an hour later we did get a delivery of new cookware. All communication with the host was excellent and all of our issues was resolved very quickly. We did travel with our pet and did have concerns before arriving if the yard would be okay and fenced in. It was just fine and our dog was able to enjoy the vacation also. If I could possibly suggest more shady areas outside to accommodate guests /kids that are not able to be in the sun for long periods of time. As I mentioned first, overall we did have a great stay at this home . Thank you for a great week with our family!

Pelican Retreat was great for our family trip to the beach! The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of the bathrooms are connected by a shared bathtub). The pool was great for our littles to swim in, the deepest part was 5FT, FYI it is smaller than the pictures make it out to be, reminder pictures can be deceiving these days. The house was clean and in working order. We did have some freezer issues and a window was leaking from the storms, our host was very responsive and had someone out for both as soon as they could. Similarly the hot tub needed refreshed and someone was there the next day to drain and refill it. The walk to the beach was very easy, flat, and the littles didn't mind too much. There is a Beach Wagon, some toys, a couple of chairs, baby bed and high chair in the closet, those are truly hidden gems that were so helpful to have! Highly recommend and would book again.

It's great to hear the team could jump on the freezer, window, and hot tub issues so quickly. Thanks for the kind recommendation — we'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Enjoyed Pelican Retreat

We loved the house, pool, space, and location. The beach access was a quick walking distance from the house. It was clean, everything worked perfect for us, and we had zero issues. We would definitely stay at that house again and recommend it for others as well.

Great stay

The house was better than pictured and was the perfect size for our family. I loved the layout of the house and was perfect for our two dogs to have some fenced in spaces by the pool. The pool was great to have right off the house. The location was easy and walkable to the beach and some coffee and food. It had what we needed and we felt right at home all week. Thanks for an amazing stay!
