This charming condo was recently remodeled and is the perfect place to enjoy a vacation full of sun, sand and surf! For larger parties, Pilot House #315 is located next door. Please inquire.

You will be just steps away from the sparkling lagoon swimming pool, hot tub, bbq grills, picnic area, and fitness room! Spend warm summer evenings relaxing on the oversize balcony, and take in lush resort views. Our Pilot House condo is in the center of it all. You will enjoy the sugar white beach, entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf, and the most beautiful lagoon style swimming pool complex. The Resort offers amenities galore - beach fun, boating, tennis, golf, walking trails, a marina, fishing, and more.

Our stylish 1BR-1BA offers a king bed, a full living area with an HDTV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom. For unexpected guests, the living area is furnished with a sectional sofa that is designed to expand into a comfortable sleeping area. A nearby elevator makes this unit easily accessible to the pool amenities level. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary.

Walk right out the front door of the Pilot House and wander over to the Village at Baytowne Wharf which is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The tram stop is a few steps away, and makes the trip to the beach a snap! Resort life is waiting for you at #317 Pilot House!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Our winter retreat from the cold

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my wife and my first time to Sandestin. We stayed in 317 for about 3 weeks and loved it. The one bedroom apartment has been redone from the furniture to the bathroom. Several items to note was the abundance of rolling carts to bring your luggage into the apartment. Next management from Blue Elise was fabulous. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped it even has a pod coffee maker along with a regular one. There are a few items though that should be improved but are not the fault of this particular unit. The towels that are used throughout most of the rentals are very corse so we went to Walmart and bought 3 towels that we now call our traveling towels. The pillows are very hard so we bought 2 feather pillows once again at Walmart we now call them our traveling pillows. The linens on the other hand were very nice. The water pressure was on the low side both in the sink and shower but the hot water was abundant. When we arrived the apartment was extremely clean. In other reviews the a/c is mentioned. We used heat in the winter and it worked perfectly. The operation of the two remote controls need to be explained in writing better but when we called for help within 5 minutes maintenance was at our door showing us how to work them. If you need high speed internet this is the ideal place. Extremely fast and uninterrupted. We do have one item that we hope before our next visit — we have already re-rented for next January and February is installed for our and future quests Safety. The shower need a handicap grab bar both for old timers like us and everyone else as well. Lastly many reviews speak of the underground parking garage and the numerous columns. These reviews are correct. The wharf parking garage was over engineered. As a retired Florida builder I have never seen a garage with these many columns. The spaces become tight for SUV ‘s but they are manageable and during the winter they were abundant. We are
