This was a wonderful place to stay! My colleague and I were attending a work convention at the nearby convention center. We wanted something quieter, but not too far away. This cozy apartment was perfect for us! We definitely plan on returning.

I was so excited to find this stylish, comfortable, and affordable Midtown apartment! It’s a great 2BR/2BA with a king bed and plenty of living space to hang out. Between the comfortable beds and the AC keeping us cool, we slept great! The location was also really convenient for everything we wanted to do in the Midtown area.Our host, Shelby, was attentive and accommodating, especially when we discovered an issue with the kitchen sink/garbage disposal leaking shortly after we arrived. Shelby had it taken care of right away, and communication before and throughout our stay was excellent.The home was comfortable, clean, and stocked with the necessities. There were a few areas that could benefit from a seasonal deep clean, but nothing that interfered with our stay or made us uncomfortable. Considering the price point and the amount of space and amenities the property provides, we felt it was a great value.Overall, this place checked so many boxes for us. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily stay here again!

All residential ... walkable food options are 4-5 blocks away. If you are in good shape (not old like us) it's great. . However due to our age. The front steps plus steps to 3rd level of house were tedious. And we were unaware of this layout.
