Cute & Cozy riverfront home on Cane River just 5 miles
from historic downtown Natchitoches, LA. and 7 miles from NSU. Let us be your home away from home. Our beautiful home can accommodate up to 6 guests. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home comes fully furnished with everything you need for a getaway on the river, including towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. The master bedroom faces the river with a queen size bed. Large deck overlooking the river is perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktail! Kick back in the sunroom or on the deck and enjoy mesmerizing views of the beautiful Cane River, or try out some fishing. Some guests prefer to lay around enjoying the views while some prefer to explore! Boat launch is less than 1 mile away, plenty of shopping and local eateries only minutes away.
Come enjoy the peaceful serenity of the stunning Cane River. Mesmerizing views combined with the comfort of home make for an all-around relaxing stay. There's so much to do in Natchitoches! When you're ready to explore, we invite you to experience the charm of the original French colony in Louisiana, established in 1714 and well known as the film site of "Steel Magnolias". Downtown Natchitoches is just minutes away, where you can explore our Landmark Historic District with historic tours, museums, and year-round cultural events and festivals including the Cane River Creole National Historical Park at Oakland & Magnolia Plantations.
