Walking Distance to Downtown Natchitoches / Christmas Lights

This is a newly renovated 3bedroom 2 bath home. Great location for people visiting NSU, Downtown Festivals or anyone wanting to spend a few days in Natchitoches. Walking distance to Downtown and less than a 5 minute drive to Wal Mart and most of the major restaurants in town. Exterior security lighting and cameras for your peace of mind. Parking is off of East 5th Street in the grass area near the side door. Our August Lock is located on the side door. This is allows easy access to the property for loading and unloading. There are steps inside the house. There are 2 steps in the master bedroom and a couple steps going from the main entrance into the kitchen area.

Great stay as usual. I believe this is our 3rd stay in the house. We noticed some improvements like the towel hooks in the bathrooms. Thank you! House is always clean! Host has good communication and house is easy to access. Also love that there’s a keypad now and we didn’t have to download an app!

Amazing place close to downtown

This was a great place to stay close to downtown. We were able to walk downtown and enjoy the festivities. The neighborhood is good and the house was pleasantly updated. Great place to stay if you plan to travel to Natchitoches.
