*Heated Pool & Hot tub open NOW* Only a five minute drive to famed Nauset Beach, this fully renovated five bedroom house sleeps 12 and is perfect for families who love the Cape! Enjoy the large 16 x 32 inground heated pool and brand new above ground hot tub! 2023 renovations included a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and quartz countertops and induction stove; two new bathrooms (four full bathrooms total in house); new hardwood flooring throughout first and second floors; new wood ceiling in basement with recessed lighting; new furniture throughout house; finished basement with 65" tv; ping pong table in garage; seven new smart tv's including a large 55" OUTDOOR TV poolside near the hot tub! New air conditioning mini splits installed throughout the entire house. In addition to five bedrooms, there are two pull-out sofas in the basement: one in the basement family room, and one in the basement sleeping room/office. Note linens and towels are not provided, but owner can email info of local providers.

Wonderful stay!

Tim is extremely communicative and accommodating for anything and everything we needed. The house is very comfortable and the pool/hot tub are wonderful! Newly remodeled kitchen/bathrooms are a plus. Amazing location. Highly recommended!

Cape Cod 2023

The property is a great location and very nice. There were 12 in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a lifesaver in keeping my grandchildren entertained when at the house. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely home away from home

We enjoyed our stay, lots of different spaces to hang out all together of separate. The pool area was fantastic, the outdoor tv was awesome. Legitimately do not need anything the house is well stocked! Paper towels, toilet paper, soap, utensils, pool floats, beach chairs and toys. They thought of it all leaving their guests to just enjoy!

Best house in the Cape

My family loved our stay at this Cape house near Nauset Beach! The house was spotless. The heated pool was wonderful, and the hot tub notch. It is a great house for families and children. TV's in most rooms, including the outdoor tv by the hot tub. We can't wait to go back!
