Watch dolphin and other marine life from the balcony, living room or master bedroom! Walking distance to miniature golf, ice cream and restaurants and more! Fish from the private dock and use the included beach cart and chairs outside your front door! Small private bayside beach. Can easily launch kayaks here or bring an inflatable paddle board and set off for a bayside adventure. Or just relax with a beverage on our private balcony.
Outdoor fun at the bayside heated pool (seasonally) / hot tub and inside in the private jacuzzi-style tub in the ritzy master. En Suite WIFI, Big Screen Smart TV in living room and both bed rooms. Full size washer/dryer. Everything new including double oven/ air fryer oven, large capacity stainless steel fridge, granite and soft close wood cabinetry. Remodeled as of August 2022 with luxe features like Keurig coffee/latte maker, feather down extra large sectional in living room and comfortable dining for 6. Enlarged second bathroom with big double sink/vanity.
Beach chairs and beach cart included in personal storage container outside front door. Just bring some shade and sunscreen.
You will fall in love with this hidden jewel, away from crowds but with several restaurants, beach stores, mini golf, ice cream, convenience store, all within walking distance. Crab Island nearby! Easy access to all Destin shopping and dining but without the crazy crowds and traffic. This is a No Smoking Unit.

Excellent trip!

This is one of the cleanest, and most up to date, condos we have stayed in. Great balcony view and easy access to the beach. Very easy to book, and quick communication from the owners!

Cute, clean & comfortable!

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for a week and loved it. It was very clean and the beds and furniture were all comfortable. The view was great and the beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Luxurious condo and best place to vacation!

We love staying at this luxurious condo! It has everything we could ask for- beautiful water views, private dock that our kids LOVE, pool and hot tub, and short walk to the beautiful beach! It’s also a very quick drive into Destin. This is our favorite vacation spot, and we can’t wait to go back!!

Fall break vacation

Great location right on the bay. Short walk to the beach. The condo was spacious and very clean. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be coming back.

Great Family Vacation

Such a great place on the intercoastal waterway. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 college age kids. The condo was clean and updated. We’re already looking at booking it again next year. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo

Absolutely beautiful condo with all needed amenities. My whole family loved staying here. Couch and beds were super comfortable. My teen especially enjoyed sitting in the balcony watching the boats and ducks pass by. Host is super nice and with great communication skills. Would stay here again.

Great getaway

We had a couples trip for a week in February and loved it. The whole property is gated which made us feel very safe. We caught fish off the docks out back. Very short walk to the beach, and there are also multiple restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful paradise vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! The condo is so beautiful and clean and wonderful to stay in. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats. Our boys had such an amazing time fishing and seeing the water at the dock. It’s a short walk to the beach with wonderful restaurants nearby. We also loved walking to the pier from the beach! So much to enjoy at this beautiful location! We will definitely be back. Our new favorite place!

Adorable Spot With EVERYTHING!

We had the best time during our stay at this condo. The owner Tim was always a just text message away for any questions that we had, the condo was newly remodeled & beautiful with everything you could possibly need for you beach stay (beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, coolers etc). The balcony view was beautiful to watch the sun rise on and the condo provided a little beach area where we enjoyed a cloudy day catching hermit crabs. This condo was conveniently located to everything! Publix, boat rentals, restaurant's, the beach & much more only a short drive or walking distance! The final perk of this condo is the parking… this means a lot to some. You’re literally right beside the elevator and once you step out, your door is only a few steps away!

As someone who loves to fish, having such easy access to a private dock and the beach is incredible and the best of both worlds!
We searched up and down the Gulf Coast of Florida for the best spot for our second home/rental. We found such a jewel here in Fort Walton Beach on Okaloosa Island. It is a true Gulf Coast paradise. We fell in love with the skinny little island and loved to be on the privacy of the bay while being a very short walk across the street from the beach.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the bayside privacy, watching the boats, birds and dolphins go by, and seasonal sunset views. The building was built under the highest building codes as it is a newer building than most condos.
We wanted a heated pool and a hot tub and to be walking distance to seafood! After a day at the beach to be able to shower up and walk to different dinner options and not need the car is amazing! Just walk to Stewby's, AJ's, Old Bay Steamer, High Tide Seafood Restaurant, Fubar Pizza, Asagio's Skillet etc....
Another option, once across the street at the beach, just turn left and it's less than a mile beach walk to the Fort Walton/Okalossa Island fishing pier and Boardwalk with more bars, restaurants and shops .
So the walkability factor is an A+. So leave the car and the stress behind and enjoy the beach, the bay, the food and the fun.

What makes this property unique

We loved the location for a Beach Getaway! We had stayed at many places before. Some kind of dingy and some gorgeous. We wanted to enjoy, and have others enjoy, an upscale beach experience. So we went all out with a wall to wall remodel in 2022!
