Ocean View! NEW Luxury Beach Penthouse - Built in Nov '21

Modern penthouse in the heart of Mission Beach! Steps from the bay and the beach - short walk to Belmont Park cafes and restaurants.

Our home is brand new from top to bottom, including designer furnishings and luxury features: balcony with ocean views, A/C in each bedroom, Smart TVs, Stainless Steel appliances, and living room with fully retractable glass sliding doors that disappear into the wall, opening up a very open living room and entertainment area with balcony ocean & sunset views.

The space
The penthouse features a light and bright open floor plan, including the ocean-view patio, living room, dining area, kitchen, and spacious Master Suite with a walk-in closet, Guest Bedroom and Bunk Room. There are also two full bathrooms on this level, including the Master en-suite and a full guest bathroom in the hallway. We also have a washer and dryer.

Room 2 - Queen Bed
Room 3 - 2 bunk beds - each bunk is Twin over Full **the max weight capacity for the upper bunk is 180 lbs. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to use the upper bunk**

Please note that the unit is on the 3rd floor of a building.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise and parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation allowed on the property at all times. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

A great place to stay, just right off of Mission Beach and Belmont Park. The description in the listing is accurate. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and the bathrooms are excellent. That sliding glass door is the best part of the property.

Piece of Paradise

This property is in the perfect location, steps from the beach & conveniently located next to Belmont Park. There are so many food choices and little shops within walking distance. The property itself was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about our stay. When asking questions, Yuki responded almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, clean and good location

We had a beautiful trip with a beautiful place to stay. It was quiet and clean. Just as pictured. The three bedroom VRBO was big for the four of us but we loved having all the extra space for our kiddos. Two second walk to the beach.
