Tucked away among the trees on the calm waters of Sebago Cove, this lakefront home in Naples is the perfect setting for a classic Maine vacation. Spend your days swimming off the dock and exploring the lake on the provided kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard.

This home sits on the eastern shore of Sebago Cove, a tranquil inlet of Sebago Lake where you can escape the summer crowds. It's a wonderful spot for swimming, fishing, and taking in spectacular sunsets from the dock. You'll also be just a few miles from Sebago Lake State Park, one of Maine's five original state parks with 1,400 acres of sandy beaches, woodlands, ponds, and bogs.

After a day spent on the water, head back up the dock staircase to relax in the leafy setting of the deck. Light the gas grill, gather around the picnic table, and linger outside with a deck of cards, good company, and a view of the lake below.

Inside, the house is cozy and familiar. Enjoy a sunroom lined with windows and an open living area that brings together the well-equipped kitchen, the dining space, and the living room. Slide up to the kitchen island to assist with dinner, gather at the table for board games afterward, and spend the evening hours streaming movies in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are two flights of exterior stairs leading down to the dock and lakeshore.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Please note that the dock is available Memorial Day to Columbus Day weekend.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
