David is a great VRBO host with excellent communication. From making sure we arrived safely to our departure in high winds to make sure we have safe travels along with the weather forecast. The location is excellent for visiting Saguaro National Park and so enjoyed the scenic drive to Mt Lemmon also few miles away. Lots to do in the area. All the comforts of home including laundry facilities!!!!!

The host was so communicative and helpful! A friend and I chose this rental because of its proximity and easy access to hiking on Mt Lemmon. We only stayed one night but our host extended the rental at no charge in case we needed to freshen up before heading back to the valley. Top notch service!

Very pet friendly, had a walled courtyard. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfy. House is older, but inside appeared freshly redone. Would stay again.

Perfect location and a great place to stay. The hosts were excellent, communicative, and very friendly. We found the Ranch Guest House bright, comfy, and inviting. The amenities were as advertised and more. We appreciated the mini-library on local activities, flora, etc. Great hikes, rides, and places to eat are near. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

David is a great host with attention as needed. The guest house has a really nice set of kitchen utensils and items for cooking or baking. Well suppplied. We chose the location to be close to hiking and we spent our time in Sabino Canyon, Agua Caliente Park, Tucson Botanical Gardens and some nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful stay, clean, organized, thoughtful amenities in kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Coyotes singing, rooster crowing, owl hooting. Great sounds of open farm area. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the ranch guest house. The inside is very comfortable and welcoming. We loved how the surrounding area was so quiet. The bed was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen clean and stocked with everything we needed. Good communication from the host. We will definitely recommend to others and we would rebook when we travel to Tucson again.

Loved the welcome message on the chalkboard next to the front door; such a nice touch. The ranch house was so quiet and felt so secluded. It was perfect for what we needed; only 1.5 miles from my family’s home where we were celebrating Christmas.

Descriptions, pictures, and recent reviews sum it all up pretty well. We loved the location for easy drives ro Saguaro NP east, or to Mt Lemmon, or anything in east Tucson. Strongly suggest you arrive in daylight, as the entrance is not well lit. And once you get inside the front door, you'll realize the interior of this place has the newest remodel work on the whole property.

This was our second time staying here. It is a nice space for two people in a very convenient location since it is close to a grocery store and most of the hiking we did. Hosts are very responsive and responded to our questions immediately. It also has everything you might need in the kitchen and a nice outdoor (fenced in) space to relax after hiking.I would stay here again.

The property was exceedingly clean and well stocked. The bed was super comfy. The view of the sunrise coming up over the desert mountains was beautiful. There was also a perfect little closed in yard with grass that made the desert safe for our dog. Location was wonderful for us, we very much enjoyed our stay.

It’s a small guest house behind the main house on a horse ranch. The surroundings are desert scrub and horse enclosures ( no horses at present). No bad smells, very quiet, and birds sing to you every morning. The kitchen seemed well equipped although we didn’t cook during our stay. Comfortable bed and full bath with tub and shower. Laundry machines are in the back of the other building but it was very convenient. Conveniently quite close to good Tucson restaurants ( 5-20 minutes drive, depending on whether you’re in the mood for local cuisine or want to go “ downtown “.) The host was very nice and communicative via vrbo text
