Summary: Nice house in historic downtown Loveland. Just blocks from the bike trail, little Miami river, tons of shopping, restaurants, and activities. Three bedrooms with queen beds. The house has everything we want when we stay here. Big screen TV with Roku for access to Netflix and free channels. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Fireplace, A/C, fenced backyard and everything else we need in a nice place to stay away from home. Backyard fence lined with wire mesh preventing dog escapes.
Guest Access: You have access to the whole house. I do have two sections of the basement locked off. One is all plumbing and the other is an attached shed. Can't see any use guests would have for these spaces.
The Neighborhood: Neighborhood is amazing. That's the whole reason we started investing here. Very safe, close to the river and tons for restaurants.
Other Things to Note: We can usually accommodate early check in or late check out on request. However we do request an additional charge of $20 for the time to coordinate and work to provide the necessary cleaning during a shorter time frame. Many guests request this service and it does take extra time to coordinate schedules and ensure everyone involved can accommodate the request. Thank you, Seth
Interaction with Guests: I have handymen, cleaners and helpers available to take care of anything that comes up during your stay.

Location is perfect, easy walking distance to food and shops. Great communication from the host. Price point is excellent. Allowing pets another bonus. And there is a fantastic dog park right around the corner.
The house was good.. and the neighborhood was great. Its was quiet, and everything was a short distance away. The pictures on the posting should be updated but the house was clean and definitely met our needs. The hot water pressure and beds were great after a long day.The only concern I had was that theres a decent amount of damage on the boards in the backyard deck so i definitely would not leave the kids unsupervised outside.
Older historic home, but was comfortable for our needs in the location we were looking for. Didn't use the kitchen much so cannot speak to how it was stocked, but everything else was sufficient for 3 adults.
House is very close to downtown Loveland. Really enjoyed taking walks on the trail and going downtown. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The home has all the amenities you need!
We found this home comfortable and very convenient. We have 2 small dogs that enjoyed the back yard especially after our drive. We slept well and had everything we needed.
Enjoyed the location, could drive to the Western and Southern tennis tournament, easily accessible to Kings Island and other attractions. Walkable to historic downtown Loveland with lots of charm, shops, bars, and restaurants. Quaint home that fit our needs perfectly. Only suggestion is couch in the living room could use a good cleaning or be replaced. Good communication and would stay here again.
Really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the home is as depicted. Hot water in shower is great!! Bed was comfy. Was not there a lot but we did appreciate all that was offered. Thanks

Needs a touch up
The place is pretty unclean and lacks a lot of necessities that a typical vrbo would have. Definitely not kid friendly. Needs some work.
We loved downtown Loveland! The bike trail, quaint restaurants, playground, and river were all hits with our kids. We also went to the Arky Splash Park, Parky's Farm, and the children's museum. All were within a half hour drive and were excellent for our 4 and 1 year old! The house was exactly what we needed. Not fancy, but clean. All the necessities were there. Room for some sprucing and cosmetic updating, but felt very comfortable staying there with our kids. Everyone has their own space and the beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to historic Loveland. Would stay again!
The property is in a good location, but it’s old and renovation is on going, the exterior wasn’t cleaned (lot of leaves).
You need to be aware that only one bathroom is available, big deal for a family stay.
Everything inside was functional that’s a positive.
Check out at 10am seems pretty early and a non-standard practice.
When we arrived we found unlocked the front door.
Great communication with the owner at all time.
Great location and responsive owner. House is old and needs work in bathroom and main floor. It is NOT ADA friendly so mobility challenged (like me) be prepared. Kitchen was redone recently and is a highlight of the venue. So adjust expectations for the great location. We were there over a month and would have expected cleaning help and fresh towels and bedding at least once per week like other long term venues. Lawn work seems to get done every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I should have booked this as a series of one week stays since the owner does cleaning and linen only when a stay ends. This location was what we needed but facility is only a bit better than Extended Stay America and ESA at least provided weekly cleaning and linens and towels

This home was a good price and in a great location. However, the pictures make it look nicer than it actually is. Its an older home which we were expecting, but there was more wear and tear that we were not expecting. There was paint peeling, the seal was falling off the bathtub and it looks like the the hardwood floors need to be refinished.
In addition, the couch and chairs were dirty from the last people, one of the upstairs beds had stains on the sheets and the floor was dirty enough that we wore shoes most of the time.
We had a good time, but probably won't be back.

The house is in a great location just a short walk from historic downtown. Neighborhood is very quiet and seems safe. The house needs some TLC and could be very nice if updated. Front porch and back porch/deck area needed cleaning up. Debris and dead leaves could have been swept off to add inviting curb appeal. The inside could’ve used some cleaning. Some small pieces of trash were on the floor in the bedrooms (Qtip and wrappers). No bathroom upstairs, which is a real inconvenience, but the description stated one bathroom. Stairs going up to the second floor are steep and narrow and make terrible loud, creaking noises. Communication with host was prompt and effective.

This guest was not normal. A little looney. She arrived and told me the "energy in the house was off in the space" and "our dog was visibly uncomfortable as he looked around" So they decided to leave and not stay then asked for a refund. Then she was "shocked" I wouldn't give a refund under the cancellation policy. She never gave any other reason for not staying. The whole thing is bizarre and what happens you host 1,000's of guest, you interact with all kinds. This review does not reflect the property in any way. It is a direct reflection on the guest that left i. Thanks,Seth
