This was our first time here and we had a wonderful experience. Everything was exactly as described and so neat and cute. It's within walking distance of all the shops and several restaurants. We will definitely be back.
We visited this little gem for our 26th Anniversary ! It was right downtown and convenient for walking to shops and dining . The property is so cute and unique . We will definitely visit again in the years to come .
Great experience, excellent location. Very quaint and eclectic. Only complaint was the shower sprays water on the tile and we had to use a lot of the clean towels so it wasn't slippery.
It was a pleasure getting to stay here! I spent more time in the house than actually doing stuff, it was that nice. I would stay there again.

Guaranteed parking is paid at a lot approximately 75-100ft distance from the property, and you might get lucky if the public street parking isnt taken by bar patrons. The listing seriously needs to mention this as it states parking is available....when it absolutely isnt. Bright side, even with a bar less than 25ft out the front door and behind your head while youre sleeping, its quiet. Hottub is nice but needs to be leveled. On the positive side, youre within walking distance to most businesses.
The perfect getaway within walking distance downtown Eureka Springs. Very clean and host are awesome to pwork with. Very friendly, responsive and easy to get in touch with. Ivill definitely be back and recommend this cottage
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in downtown Eureka Springs. The cabin was adorable and very conveniently located. A few things to note… We booked this cabin in particular because I have a back injury and we were looking for a hot tub. The hot tub became out of order a few days before our trip- be sure to inquire about the condition of the hot tub before booking. This cabin also does not have an oven or stove as advertised in the listing. It has a toaster oven. So, if you’re wanting to do any cooking, be aware of that. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
It was beautiful!! I loved the esthetics and wanted to take the whole cabin home with us. The hot tub was private and relaxing. There were free parking spots not too far away so it wasn't too bad. Absolutely cozy and cute. We will definitely be back!!!
Booked this cottage for a short 3 day trip.Cottage is artsy with a lot of original touches.Location is spot on for visiting the historic district. The reason I rated cleanliness a 4 was that we had issues with ants in the kitchen. I really enjoyed the hot tub after shopping all day only wish there had been a comfortable seating area with a recliner to stretch out in.Hard to get comfortable sitting on a futon watching TV at night when your 58 years old.
Charming studio cottage with a hot tub and separate deck. Small additional space with futon and large tv. Decor is quirky and creative. Despite a lovely heat and ac system, the air felt a little damp inside. We needed a comfortable chair or some other more cushioned seating. The description needs to be updated to reflect current kitchen cooking options. No stove available. Photos on listing need to be updated. Some furniture is different than shown inside and on the deck.
Everything about this house was great! It was right in the heart of downtown, 3-8 minute walk to anything and everything you could ever want to do. For being in the middle of town, it was still very secluded and offered a lot of privacy. The hot tub was great after a long day of walking around shops and restaurants. You could hear live music from the patio across the street and the house came with several pairs of complimentary earplugs incase it became bothersome at night. (It didn’t bother us at all) The house was clean and everything was just as pictured. We had the best time and can’t wait to stay again!
