One Block from Belmont Guest Suite-2 BR-Sleeps 6

We invite you to visit our home for a comfortable and memorable visit to Nashville. Our Guest Suite was renovated in 2024 and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a living room with kitchenette and Queen sofa trundle bed. We are a short walk to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, Belmont & Vanderbilt Universities, restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. We live upstairs with our young daughter and dog. Guests have a private side entrance and off-street parking (1 car). Street parking is also available. We invite you to visit our home for a comfortable and memorable visit to Nashville.

We live in a home built in 1940 which we renovated in 2024, adding the 900 square feet guest suite to the lower level.

Our Guest Suite includes a comfortable living room and kitchen area with a Queen sofa trundle bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two additional bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and one with twin beds) with a shared bathroom. We have WiFi and television with streaming services. We take pride in the quality of our mattresses, linens, appliances and decor.

Our goal is to provide our guests the most comfortable and "home away from home" experience possible as they stay in our lovely city.

PLEASE NOTE: We live upstairs and do our best to keep quiet especially during quiet hours which are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Although we do our best to keep as quiet as possible so as not to disturb guests, we have a young daughter who wakes up around 7am and there is a likelihood you will hear us, although we try to keep her as quiet as possible (not always easy with a 7 year old!). If you're planning to stay out late and sleep late undisturbed, this might not be the best spot for you. We like to be completely honest to help manage expectations so our guests have a great trip.

We have many amenities for families with children that we can make available upon request (Pack n Play, baby monitor, books, toys, etc.). Please feel free to ask!

WASHER/DRYER: We can provide access to a washer and dryer for stays of one week or longer. Please ask about this before your visit.

This neighborhood is so quant and cute! The VRBO was very clean, had well-appointed decor, super comfortable, and an easy walk to Belmont with yummy restaurants & shopping nearby. If our son chooses to attend Belmont for college, we know exactly where we want to stay!

We visited to see our granddaughter who is a student at Belmont. She was able to walk over to see/meet up with us! There is a great bagel place for breakfast a little over a block away. Our hosts were very responsive and helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The apartment was well stocked. We will definitely be back.

This place was delightful. I was concerned a basement would be dark but large windows provide an airy feeling in the main room and both bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable, the decor is fun, bright and just a bit quirky. One of a kind eateries and shops are a short walk away through historic Belmont Hillsdale. Another big plus is the ability to leave your car and uber downtown where parking is scarce and expensive. The hosts were friendly and available but did not hover. A friend recommended this place. I feel like I owe her big time!

This is a great choice if you are looking to spend most of the time out and about but still want charming surroundings. The living area is lovely but not a "hang out all weekend" kind of place. Very comfy beds and bedrooms and a cozy place for coffee in the morning.

Nashville weekend

Great location near Belmont University and quick uber to downtown. Very nice neighborhood. Very well kept and clean. Had a slight issue with door access but was quickly resolved with owner. Would highly recommend!
