Welcome to paradise! Enjoy close proximity to beach and everything you could possibly want in newly renovated quiet and safe 2 bedroom 2 bath spacious condo located in Westbay Cove. Laundry in unit. Easily accessible (avoid traffic) and walk to grocery, drug store and numerous restaurants. Community has 2 pools, tennis and pickleball. One designated parking spot and plenty of guest parking. Cable, electric and high speed internet all included in price. Free trolley just outside your door. Only 1 well-trained pet allowed. At Manatee Beach enjoy acoustic entertainment, great food, a bar, changing stations, lounge chairs to rent and restrooms. If you want a quieter beach, just use one of the many beach access points within blocks. You’ll love this place. One month minimum stay.
