Newly updated house that is a quick, ~3 min walk (1.5 blocks) to the beach!

Under 6 miles from Murrell’s Inlet and Myrtle Beach State Park, ~2 miles from The Pier at Garden City, and ~ 8 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Over 2,300 sq ft and sleeps up to 12 people! 6 HDTVs with live TV channels, high-speed wifi, private pool (non-heated), free parking, and outdoor seating.

Linens (i.e. bed sheets, pillows, comforters, towels) are provided!

Minimum age to rent: 25 years of age

This beautiful beach house is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!

The dining area seats nine. Six can gather around the table, and three more can sit at the adjacent breakfast bar. On the other side of the kitchen island is the well-equipped kitchen. New appliances, pots and pans, tableware, and dual coffee maker complete the kitchen.

There is also an outdoor charcoal grill available for your use!

Additional Details:
✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.

✩ PARKING: Four vehicles can fit in the private driveway.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. However, late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

This is a non-smoking house. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged $500 plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.

Great property, great location

Nice property with lots of room for larger groups. TV's in every room was nice, but not used much as lots of family time was spent together in the common areas. Located close to the beach and a short walk or golf cart ride to lots of great restaurants. The property owners allowing us to bring our two fur babies allowed the trip to be perfect. The pool was nice to cool off after a day at the beach, and relax before the night time activities.

Perfect family vacay

This was our first time visiting the Myrtle Beach area and it was the perfect spot for families! It seems like a lot of people rent golf carts in the area but we really didn’t need one because the beach is so close, even our 3 year old twins enjoyed the stroll with the beach wagon (provided by the house)! The house had everything we needed when it came to beach supplies, making it easy for flying in and out. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chelsea and Dan!

Great Stay

Host was very responsive and the house instructions were easy to use and clear. The house was clean and nicely appointed. The only downside is that you have a lot of stairs to go up to the entrance. Fine for us but older people who have trouble with stairs may have issues. The area is nice and there are some restaurants less than a mile's walk away. I was very happy with the host's responsiveness to the one small issue we had.

Awesome Family Vacation

We loved this house. Property was clean, spacious, and had everything you could possibly need to accommodate your stay. Favorite part was the 3min walk to the beach with the dogs. The boys loved that there was a poker set, played it almost every night. Had many attractions and restaurants around the area. Owners were wonderful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Everything was perfect and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay here. We definitely will be booking this house again for our next trip to Myrtle. Thank you Chelsea and Dan, we appreciate everything you have done to make our vacation a memorable one.

Family get a way❤️

The overall beach house was amazing! The cleanliness was on point! The set up was perfect for the kids, baby and adults, not to mention the dog. The walk to the beach was < 3 mins and all the accommodations were perfect for all! The amenities were very close to our location and everyone who stayed around us were quite friendly ☺️ Having the privacy of our own pool w/ a privacy fence was sooo nice! My family had such a wonderful time and we are already planning for the next vacation ! Thank you Chelsea and Dan for having us!! Cynthia

Nice, needs some maintenance

Inside was very clean, beds ok, needs outside work, missing baluster, trash in the yard and under house, upkeep should be much better for price. Pool area, not very welcoming, it is not fenced, glad I had my lead for my dog, back corner of fence is broken and laying in yard. Was looking forward to having my dog able to run free. Be prepared to clean the pool tree is very messy, skimmer was broken, pool guy didn't show up as scheduled. I felt like owners want you to take care of their property, a lot of rules for them not to make it a nicer place to stay.

A good choice for the area!

This house was excellent. I'm familiar with the area and this location has a few things going for it that others don't. The location / distance is just outside the areas that can get 'crowded'...if that's even a thing for the Surfside and Garden City. The walking distance to the beach is a non-issue. It's a straight shot of about 200ft and there is a sidewalk and crosswalk. The beach access is directly inline with 14th avenue and not a crowded one. The house itself is spacious and clean. Each bedroom had towels and linens. No sand anywhere that I could tell when we got there. The washer/drier worked and there was detergent to use when we stayed there. The living room has comfy couches and the TV has Youtube TV app which worked. No issues. The internet speed and reliability is sufficient for work. My wife and I both had to work during our stay and there were no problems with video meetings etc. Wifi range reaches to pool. The pool is nice. It was cleaned during our stay but expect some acorns in it because there is a beautiful live oak in the back area. There were chairs by the pool and a rinse hose and shower back there as well. The storage room on the lower area had all kinds of chairs/toys/etc in there for use. Nice perk. I would stay here again.
