About this property

4-room apartment on the ground floor

Our lovingly furnished 4-room apartments on the ground floor (105 m²) offer space for max. 6 people and have a sun terrace with garden. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and additional radiators. The kitchens are equipped with a 4-burner electric cooker (ceramic hob) and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Two bedrooms have a box spring double bed and blackout curtains, one bedroom has two box spring single beds. The apartment has two bathrooms: a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. Towel radiators and hairdryers are available in the bathrooms. Shared washing machine and dryer are available for you in the house.

Perfekter Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft

Ideale Wohnung für die große Familie oder 2 Pärchen. Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre Einrichtung, Aufteilung und der örtlichen Lage. Äußerst positiv war die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung eine sehr angenehme Wärme hatte, was in der heutigen Zeit keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Das vorhanden sein eines 2. WC mit Dusche, und einem 2. Haustürschlüssel war hervorragend. Auch der sehr nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin möchte ich hier lobend erwähnen. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war das extrem schwache Internet (WiFi 4), welches ein Arbeiten mit dem Laptop oder das anschauen von Streamingdiensten nur bedingt zulässt. Sollte der Eigentümer dies zukünftig optimieren, dann hat diese Wohnung 5/5 Sternen mehr als verdient! Ich würde diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder anmieten.

Das Mobilfunknetz wird in diesem Jahr im Ostseebad Baabe weiter ausgebaut, sodass wir hier demnächst von einem stärkeren Wifi profitieren werden.
