Studio 5 at Kubli Haus

Studio 5 at Kubli Haus is located in the rear of the building with its own private entrance, a private courtyard and a designated parking space in the driveway.  This unit has a sportier vibe than our other 4 suites. It's an open concept studio with full size kitchen, small dining area, living room, alcove with queen size bed and a bathroom with shower. The living room features a wall mounted Smart 4K UHD TV.  The private courtyard is fully fenced and screened from public view, with gas BBQ and illuminated seating area.
Studio 5 is ideal for visitors, business travelers, or vacationing couples looking for an extended stay up to 45 days.
The full kitchen and private courtyard creates the ideal hub for larger group stays and whole house rental for up to 14 people.  Please inquire directly for rates and availability.

Clean, cute, and wonderful host.

We really enjoyed staying! It was very clean and cozy, and a wonderful walking distance to California st in Jacksonville, where most of the restaurants and shops and other attractions are located! We will be back, thank you!

Charming!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kubli House and Jacksonville. Studio 5 is very clean, comfortably appointed and restfully quiet. We enjoyed walking the neighborhoods, browsing the lovely shops in town, and had great meals at local restaurants. We definitely hope to return in the near future. Thank you Kathleen!

Great place…

Beautiful old home restored into a VRBO rental. Located right next to the Britt Festival, easy walk there and back. Easy walk to all of downtown Jacksonville. Everything was new and clean. Very spacious and comfortable. The unit we were in had a well set up kitchen, perfect when you do not want to eat every meal out. It also had off street parking which I prefer. Overall a great experience, we will be back.

Best place to stay in Jacksonville!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The Kubli House is a gem! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, conveniently located and Kathleen was a joy to work with. Check in was effortless. My husband and I along with our 17 year old daughter stayed in Studio 5 and we were very comfortable. The studio was well stocked with essentials. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in Jacksonville over the years and The Kubli House is by far our favorite. We will definitely be back!
