The Space:We are so excited to begin hosting a Verona Beach vacation! Winter, summer, spring or fall our home has amenities to entertain groups all year round. There is an open concept throughout the home that flows throughout. From the front entry, you have access to the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and exterior entrance to the brand-new back patio deck. The kitchen allows guests to cook together as if you were in your own home and has been fully stocked to anticipate any of your needs. The living room boasts a swivel TV and comfortable seating to kick back and relax on your trip. From the brand new furnishings, kids amenities, large entertaining spaces, outdoor chill area, comfortable beds, prime location, "man cave" bar, and detailed stocking our home couldn't be more family-friendly!

This Verona Beach gem is suitable for up to 8 guests looking to relax together in the home or for anyone looking to enjoy and explore the surrounding attractions such as Sylvan Beach (5 minute's drive), the famous amusement park, and all of its amenities, the Lake House Casino, Fort Ricky Discovery Zoo, The Wild Animal Park and in a quick 30-40 minute drive you will be in downtown Syracuse for all of the action there! Venturing to the Adirondack mountains is also a short drive where you can visit Old Forge and the famous Enchanted Forest Water Safari!

The newly built "Man Cave" area is an awesome place to get some quiet time and also for the whole family with an additional large flat-screen TV! This area will allow accommodations for additional guest sleeping arrangements with its air conditioner! The space does not have a bathroom so please be aware of that.

How far is this Verona Beach "Brew Bungalow" from Oneida Lake?

When you drive into the property you will understand the proximity to the water. When in our home, you can see the water through the windows in the front of the home, or in a 1-minute walk you will be able to experience it yourself. There is a new and amazing restaurant called The Brew Haus that can easily be walked to in moments with a great craft beer selection and excellent menu. This is one of Oneida Lake's hottest spots for local green markets, afternoon libations, or a wonderful dinner with the family. Within a 5-minute drive, you will be able to enjoy the most historic part of your trip, downtown Sylvan Beach and all of the amazing restaurants/activities/festivals/nightlife you came to this area for!

Can we cook at the house? BBQ outside?

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with your standard plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, cups, pots, pans, and much more. All appliances are ready to be used! We have a BBQ grill to enjoy in our outdoor deck area. Propane and backup tanks will be provided. In the kitchen, you will also find a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker complete with ground coffee!


Is it suitable for children?

We have had several families and friends stay at our home. With the private property, there is room for outdoor activities for the kids. As with all houses situated near a street please always be cautious of the kiddos getting near the road and provide supervision. The interior of the home has open spaces for the children to play and make themselves at home. Please be considerate of the lake.


Are there any games or other activities at the house?

You bet! We have board games (our personal favorites), yard games, and more.


What about outside? Is there ample seating?

Yes, we have you covered! We have a beautiful patio set with comfy cushions for you to kick back and relax. We also have a picnic table for your family's outdoor enjoyment and an Adirondack chair set around a fire pit in the backyard!

What about the TV/Movie situation?

Great news, all of our TVs are “Smart TVs” which allow you to access Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, or whatever networks you are subscribed to!


Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow pets under certain restrictions! We are proud owners of two rescue puppies ourselves and understand the desire to have your furbabies on vacation with you. Please mention that you would like to bring a pet with you before booking to answer a few brief questions to see if your particular pet fits our requirements. Any dogs must be leashed at all times outside and cleaned up immediately. There is a $75 pet cleaning fee and additional fees may apply for any damages or pet rules broken.

Please treat our home and amenities with the same respect you would your own, leave home in same condition you found it and if you notice anything broken or out of place let us know right away
-No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property. Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue
-Please be extremely careful with starting a fire in the outdoor kitchen fireplace. Please clean up any garbage left around this area and use caution when enjoying a fire
-Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host prior to booking
-Respect the neighbors: it is very important that noise levels are kept reasonable in the outdoor areas after 9pm. If there are any complaints we may not be able to continue hosting in the future and any repeated noise complaints will result in removal from property
-Please notify us of any extra house guests as they must be approved before staying- you may be charged an additional fee or, depending on the circumstances, we will enforce a removal from the property for all guests immediately without a refund
-Report damages and anything in non-working condition
-Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate host for any stains
-It is self check in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days prior to your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart
-Pets must be approved before entering the home. If pets are brought in without consent from the host there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property with out a refund.
