Within walking distance you can also walk to various bakers and grocery stores, delicatessen Meyer, but also the famous beach promenade with spa and Gosch, a pharmacy and various cafes and restaurants.
The house is embedded in a very large, well-kept and beautifully landscaped garden. The property is surrounded by a dune wall typical of Sylt, which is planted with the Sylt rose.
On the property there is a parking space for your car and bicycle parking available.

The light flooded and modern furnished apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 people, which they therefore offers a lot of space.
The very large living room with the exit to the terrace and the integrated modern, new kitchen invites you to feel good and relax.
There is a Bang & Olufsen TV, Blu-Ray player, Wi-Fi / digital / Bluetooth radio, games and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with 3 - *** freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils.
The terrace offers a wonderful view of the large, well-kept garden. From noon, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace, which faces west. So you have a beautiful view of the sunset and can end the day in peace. The terrace is equipped with beach chair and garden furniture (April-October).
The bedroom faces east with a romantic view of the opposite village pond. There you stay in a modern box spring double bed with 2 single mattresses (each 90cm x 200cm). There is a second TV in this room. Extensive storage options offer the large closet and a chest of drawers with several drawers.
In the bathroom you will find next to a large walk-in shower with a frameless glass partition a towel radiator, underfloor heating, a hair dryer and various storage options. Please note that the access to the shower has a small, about 3cm high, level.
In addition to an open wardrobe, the entrance area offers another large wardrobe for your clothes or other luggage. We have shoe racks ready for your shoes.

In order for you to experience a relaxed journey, the beds are already made upon arrival and there is a laundry package for 2 people ready (subject to a charge).
An ironing board and iron are also provided.
